Ordered on mobile app for me and my sister 2 zax snacks upsized accidentally put lemonade instead of sweet tea, go there told the girl I wanted Sweet tea instead of lemonade she said it was a price difference I said i didn't care I'd pay it, got home looked at my receipt she charged be for 2 more large drinks almost $8 extra on top of the $20 something I already paid for 2 fast food meals. I called asked to speak with the manager. The girl who answered said she was the manager. I started telling her what happened, she said oh I was at the window and I'm the manager, so I started into the conversation and still nothing came of it. she seen it as being OK that I paid almost an extra eight dollars for two drinks plus the two I paid for with my meal. Her response was The lemonades are different price so I went into the price thing with her over the phone there's $.10 difference I would've been happy to pay the $.10 per drink at the window. She did not try to fix or make arrangements to do anything extra I don't know about anybody else but eight dollars is a big deal especially when you spend it on drinks and especially when you get home your fries are old. Your chicken is old and your bread. Looks like it's been sitting there for three days
I am disappointed with what happened when I received my order today. I live 40 minutes away and when I got home with dinner the fried pickles were apparently so hot that they melted through the box and almost through the second. Easily could have burned myself had I dug into them immediately. We didn’t feel comfortable eating them so ended up throwing them away. This location is the only zaxbys me and my husband order from because the food always tastes delicious and comes out right. I hate leaving not great reviews but this was a first for us.
Don’t bother using the app. Showed up when it said to and it took another 12 minutes. The guy working up front tried to not give me one of the meals and a drink. Faster to do the drive through.
Well……..I would write something but I’m too busy trying to get my shoes unstuck from the floor. I stood still to wait on my food. When it was ready I almost fell because the floor was so sticky!!!!!!!!!! Food mediocre at best. The fries are ok. Restaurant area DISGUSTING!!!!! If you have time to lean! You have time to clean!
I've been into this location a few times, it's normally pretty average, food isn't bad, but not as good as many other Zaxbys locations, but the reason I have to rate it so low, I myself have worked and managed in the fast food industry, and to walk up to a business that doesn't close for another 20-30 minutes, and all the parking lot lights are off, then the front doors are both locked is insanely unprofessional, not to mention there are still guests being served inside. It seems that the doors were locked to prevent any more business before closing, though they were already busy
They close the inside at least an hour before close and make everyone use the drive-thru. The drive-thru service was awful, we had to wait for the staff to take our order for over 5 minutes. The overall wait time was over 40 minutes. They made it seem like it was our fault for the wait because we came so close to close, however we arrived an hour before close and didn’t get our food until 9:40.
Absolutely ridiculous service. 20min in drive-thru. Get order get home sandwich doesn't even have chicken. Called and they said they are really busy and hung up the phone. Trash service
The food was fresh, but it definitely took longer than I would have hoped. Not a terrible experience, so we may give them a try again.
