This was, without a doubt, the filthiest fast food place I've seen in years. There was no place to put your garbage as the containers were all overflowing. I saw people coming in and taking pictures of the filth. The tables were all dirty, and people were starting to leave their garbage in place on the tables.
The food was still Zaxby's. Yes, we ate there because we only noticed the mess after we ordered. We wiped down our own table. It wasn't very busy, and at one point, a young lady came out and wiped down 1 table.
This place needs help. I didn't see enough workers and if I was corporate, I'd immediately hire an exclusive cleaner for each shift to restore Zaxby's good name.
The manager needs to show up on the weekends. If he/she was actually there on Sunday, 14 April around 3pm, then y'all got bigger problems.
The food was good quality, so my recommendation is to survey the dining area before you order to see if they cleaned up their act.
Sunday August 18, 2024. Went thru the drive through. Checked my order before leaving, order was missing chicken tenders. Went inside to get my tenders. The place was filthy. No employee was attempting to clean the tables or floor. My order was corrected. Should have taken pictures and reported this to the State Health Department. The next time I will.
Why yall give me a chicken finger taco with only a fourth of the taco having a chicken finger and why the dude at the window staring at me like I was his arch nemesis and for $3 too I want my money back that’s a whole gallon of gas right there zaxbys
They left the chicken out of my chicken bacon ranch fries. They salted my no salt kids fry. I asked for a large fry and they gave me a medium. The food was kind of cold for me to have waited as long as I did. The sweet tea in the lobby is literally always sour when I go in there. This was the only thing I had to eat all day and it was my birthday, so I’m just all around disappointed. The girl who checked me out seemed nice but she had a backhanded kinda attitude at the same time. They really weren’t even that busy, other than maybe 5-7 people in the lobby, and a lot of them already had their food.
Oct 2024 - Love their Cobb salad. It's what I always get.
Always a great place. I always get the Cobb Salad for a low carb meal. They're always nice to customers and serve your food quickly.
The food was great but the people were mean. They didn’t give us ranch like we asked and then look at me and laughed and shakes her head and the other lady just gave us 1. When they took our order we told them ranch to begin with so it was there fault we had to ask. They were just mean and looked so mad to be there. I work in fast food to and I understand but I don’t act like that.
Food was hot and fresh, staff was super friendly and even left a sweet note!! Always love this location !!!
Food has always been good. I always get large orders for my family. It never fails every single time I order wings they either aren't in the bag and I have to make another trip up there or the flavor is wrong. Everything else is fine but I won't go back because of having this issue the past 5 times I went.
