Placed an order in the drive through, parked and ate our food. After we ate we were dumping out the ice from our drinks so we could throw the cups away since we had finished the drinks. That’s when we found a medium length curly black hair in one of the cups. We both have long blonde hair. Disgusting. Tried calling 3 times and never got an answer.
Best Cobb Salad I have had pre covid. Clean, nice staff. This location way better than the location on Andrew Johnson, morristown.
Drive-through order pickup today will possibly be the last. How can a restaurant mess up chicken fries and bread. Everything was overcooked or possibly left over from yesterday, and then microwaved today. The chicken has skin or gristle that prevents anyone but a master masticator from chewing through. Fries and bread are like chewing through the worst bout of depression imaginable. Don't, just don't eat this garbage they sell as food....
Chicken tasted like the oil had been hot and burnt taste to it fris were cold and over salted. Wanted to charge for a thing of sauce for 5 strips
I love this place so much, they’ve improved since a year ago with service as well as food quality.
Shout out to the little red haired girl working the drive thru window at the East end Zaxbys. She was super pleasant while taking my order, read it back perfectly, and when we got to the window, my 6 year old said, "Wow mom! She is doing all that talking AND preparing the drinks at the same time."
Order was handed to me upon arriving at the window, correct and fresh. Way to go East End crew
Very disappointed I went in for a zensation salad, after speaking to representative of this resteraunt at the taste of Morristown. She told me if I wanted a zensation salad I'd better get there before the end of April because they are leaving again! Well when I went only a couple days later. The cashier said NOPE we don't have them anymore, I told her about the person at the taste of Morristown. She said Oh well we don't have them. And was kind of rude, so I think that will be my last time at Zaxby's.
I placed an order on 3/27 for 10 traditional wings. They were overcooked and barely had any bbq sauce on them. It gave me massive food poisoning and I was sick all night. Please fire whoever made them. Thanks
