After an unprofessional interaction at the East Brainerd location, I decided to drive all the way to Hwy 58. I have previously ate at this location and always had great service. Kennedy took my order. She took her time and was not pushy. She was very nice and have great manners. As I approached the window she was busy making drinks. I advised her manager Heather that I really appreciated how pleasant Kennedy was when taking my order. I also confirmed that I really like this location because the food is always fresh from my perspective. I recommend this location due to the welcoming atmosphere, fresh food, and world class customer service.
Went at like 9:30 to get a Mr Beast box. I’ve worked food for many years so I get it can be annoying when people come in before close. But I paid $15 for a MR BEAST BOX. Which in itself should be too much food for someone to eat. But yall have me two chicken tenders broken in half?? Really? All because yall were gonna close soon? This is insane. I have always loved this Zaxby’s but I won’t be back. Wasting my money and then hungry 10 minutes later. Do BETTER!
Ordered online. They did not include sauce or straws or napkins. The food was not warm and the bread for the mini chicken sandwiches was burnt! It wasn't even busy. Poor excuse for a restaurant. Do better
The food is still great, but lately I've noticed things don't have the same care put into them as there used to be. For example, the last two times I've gone there for boneless wings, I've had about half of the amount of sauce on the wings. It tastes good, but I shouldn't be seeing bare wing on my sauce flavored wings.
The manager was fantastic, but the girl who took my order messed up. When I told her she didn't seem concerned. I told her again (either she did not care or she couldn't read my order) so she brought the manager up for me to "tell" him what the problem was.
Again, he was phenomenal!!
Service was good, employee was nice and our order came out quickly. There wasn’t many people there and I would say it was fairly clean except for a few crumbs here and there. The price is very high for the food we are being served. It has increased a lot in the past couple years which is sad for this business. We got 3 meals of wings and things and the cost was 41$!!!
fries wont have seasoning. half the time when you ask for extra seasoning, they still don’t give any. this location just struggles to show any sign of professionalism or quality. make sure you only eat here if there’s a long line, otherwise your food will be cold.
The cashier was extremely nice. Their food looked good and tasted good too. I love the fact that they have a coke fountain where you get more drinks. Not a lot have those. Great place. Definitely recommend
