Went through the drive through cause I wanted one of the Zenzation salads. One of my favorites from Zaxby's. They had an attendant out in the drive through to help with the busy volume and it does flow rather quickly. Service is prompt and courteous with workers in clean uniforms. Parking lot was clean and free of debris, never known Zaxby's to be a dirty restaurant anywhere for that matter.
Salad wasn't freshly made but that's ok at 8:30pm on a Thursday night. It was still good, lettuce was crisp and chicken was on point as usual. Thanks for making a grab and go salad easy.
I ordered the kicken chicken meal right. I also ordered 2 kids chicken meals right. I get all the way home and I ended up having 2 grilled cheese kid meals and a 5 finger chicken plate. I called the zaxbys cause they literally got my whole order wrong besides the drinks. And when the assistant manager answered I’m trying to explain that my meal is completely wrong I can’t even hear the assistant manager cause employees in the back are yelling and partying like it’s a club so the assistant manager says “hang on one sec” puts me on hold or mute whatever then comes back it’s finally quiet in the back so she can hear me now. I tell her my order is completely wrong and she looks at it on her previous orders I’m guessing and tells me I ordered a 5 finger chicken plate and grilled cheese .. first of all I don’t EVER order that when I go to zaxbys I get the same meal for me and my kids every time I go there and she just continues to say or think that I’m wrong! Literally so crazy and whoever was taking my order had to of been high or something cause I had to repeat my order 5 times and he even repeated it so I don’t see how they still got it all wrong! Just terrible will not be coming to this zaxbys again! And the grilled cheese didn’t even have cheese on it! Who orders a grilled cheese from Zaxby’s that’s gross.
They NEVER get an order correct from my experience. It doesn't matter if it's Door dash, drive thru, or a walk in order. They NEVER get the order correct. Also, they skimp on how many fries you get and cheddar bites. Just don't go to this store. Drive to a different Zaxbys because this one does not deserve your money.
The workers always get the order wrong. Wait times are insane there have been times i have waited 40 minutes just for a wings and things plate. They always leave the sauces out of the box and dont give them to you. Its run by 90% college kids who laugh at the customers and dashers having to wait and they absolutely do not care about their job at all. I will never come here again. This is the single worst zaxbys in the entire kennesaw area. As someone who used to be a manager of a restaurant i would fire every last one of them and hire a new more competent staff who actually cared about the customer and about their jobs. We were literally given 1 single sauce packet when we ordered and paid for 6
We went inside to place an order since the drive through was busy. I ordered a boneless wing meal plus one other plate. The guy rang it up and a wings and things and we didn’t realize until after it was paid. When we brought it up and asked about the price difference he was rude and said he can do the whole refund process and ring it back up to refund just $3. We told him to leave it. We get our order and leave, the fries are not fresh no plastic wear, and there’s not even ranch with the wings. ????♀️ unfortunately we were in a hotel and not at home or it would’ve been no problem.
Had to throw away my whole meal. The worker quite literally took a bite out of one of the sandwiches, flipped around the chicken to hide the bitten side, and served it to me.
Normally I don’t have a problem at this zaxbys, I am normally greeted by a sweet girl. Today while going to pick up my order I was rudely handed all my food without a single word. Our food had obviously been sitting there for a while as it wasn’t hot and our drinks had no ice AND were both wrong. When I told the lady “these drinks are wrong and we need ice” she might as well of rolled her eyes, and once again without a word, handed me the drink and shut the window. I work in fast food too and I know how hard it can be but this was just super uncalled for.
This location is be the worse by far. I place my order ahead of time and once I got there and click that I am here. I process to wait for another ten minutes but nothing. I had to go inside to get my food and once I got home. None of the sauces that I order were in the bag nor did I get straw for my drinks. Workers here needs better training.
