This isn’t the first time and won’t be the last. I always end up paying for more than what I get. I ordered a sandwich meal with EXTRA FRIES…. As you can see when I opened up the box and it was actually less fries than NORMAL. I recommend NOT ordering online and just going to pick up so there’s less chance of a mistake.
My humble food review
Fries - Starting off slightly inconsistent with seasoning, but where it lacks in consistency it makes up for pure flavor. The blend of spices makes for a pleasant taste with perfect temperatures all around. A slight crisp on the exterior with a fluffy interior. A select few fries seemed to be flaccid however they were still delectable. While enjoyable in several ways, I did notice varying lengths in size with a handful of fries being extremally small.
Chicken tenders - Starting off with a light and crispy exterior with a pleasing flavor around the board. Subtleties of pepper improve the the taste immensely, a thought I immediately conjured was ”this was much juicier than I expected” which boded well. I will add that consistencies with the tenders differs, and I found that the juice caused some tenders to become slightly soggy which is one thing I did not expect. One positive was the quantity of tenders, while you can simply order more or less, 6 tenders were surprising inexpensive.
Bread - I didn’t expect much from the bread, nor was I surprised. Temperature: cold, texture: soggy, flavor: ok, and because of a filling meal beforehand, simply attempting to eat it was a challenge, but a challenge I would make light work of, and becoming full before the meal is finished could be seen as a good thing.
Coleslaw - No
Drink - A large Dr. Pepper which shouldn't be a surprise. With 23 blended spices, Dr Pepper is a go to for soft drinks alike. Dr. Pepper is great. ????
Waited over 20 minutes to order our food through the drive through. Took half an hour total after getting food and we get this
Fries have ZERO seasoning and some weren't completely cooked
Husband's chicken sandwich had a really small piece of chicken
My kid's chicken tender meal also had a half piece of chicken and zero seasoning on fries
My cherry coke didn't taste like cherry

Ordered online for 10:45 pickup. Arrived at 10:40.
At 10:45, people were coming in, placing their order, receiving order, and then leaving.
At 10:50 I asked the front attendant to please check on my order. She barked loudly "THEY ARE WORKING ON IT". She didn't even ask me my name.
At 11:00 I finally got my order; the lady called my name and then threw the bag on the counter. She didn't say another word, not even a Thank You. Nothing.
I don't ever beg anyone to take my money, and I promise that Zaxbys will not get another penny of mine.
It's a hit or miss here, ordered two large fries yesterday and the fries were cold and kinda soggy. And also the large fries are not large at all. They seem a bit stingy on the fries even when I order a Mr. beast box. Zaxbys usually has the best fries but lately it hasn't been good.
Personally witnessed a group of people order in front of me, I received my food and they had not after 2 more orders passed…they got up and asked where their food was, the lady at the counter said their order must have gotten lost and asked for their receipt- they had thrown it away…the employees answer to the problem was to DENY THEM THEIR FOOD THAT THEY BOUGHT!!! They didn’t take the time to look back at the order history or anything! Just sent them out the door! It was horrible!
My food was decent, but I couldn’t enjoy my meal…won’t be going back here
The literal worst salad I’ve ever had from a zaxbys. My lettuce was dark green and slimy… this was after most of the bad lettuce was picked out. I asked for them to remake it and the second salad was just as bad. They offered a card for a free meal at that location. We are from out of town and they said they do not offer refunds so I left hungry, and lost my money. Disappointing.
ALWAYS check your order before leaving this location!! Rarely do we get our order done correctly- wrong drinks, plain fries, unmelted oversalted grilled cheese, missing items.... These pics do NOT do this review justice!! The food looks darker than what it actually is. This is the 3rd time we have ordered Wings and Things and recieved wings like this. The chicken is just cooked, but the skin is still loose and flimsy like the skin on your arm. The sauce barely stays on the skin. I wiped these with my finger, but left one to show how lightly they are sauced. I called the store and was told to order our wings extra crispy. I don't want extra crispy- just cook them right. I'm currently waiting on the DM who is at the location now to call me back. The fries are always flimsy! Once again we will be cooking our fried chicken and fries in the oven and finish making our meal.
