The normal Zaxbys decor and atmosphere, and the restrooms were very clean (but only one of each).

Zaxby's is a fast-casual restaurant chain that specializes in chicken fingers, wings, sandwiches, and salads. The chain was founded in Statesboro, Georgia, in 1990 and has since expanded across the United States. As of September 2021, there were over 900 Zaxby locations across 17 states in the United States, including Virginia. Virginia has 16 Zaxby's locations as of 2024 These restaurants are known for their fresh, hand-breaded chicken fingers and made-to-order menu items. They also offers a variety of sauces, including its signature Zax Sauce and Wimpy Sauce, which customers can customize to their liking. This particular one is located to the northwest of the intersection of I-95 and W hundred road. It is, as most of them are, a stand-alone site. There was parking around the building and plenty of parking in adjacent lots. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice. You order at the counter and they call your number to pick up your food. The prices are reasonable for the current economy. The food came out quickly and was excellent. I highly recommend their salads. Overall, this is a good location to eat in the Chester area that is close to the interstate.
Would put 0 if possible, took 45 minutes to get food and the workers had terrible attitude s and took their precious time. BUT JESUS LOVES YOU ALL!
I am a Door Dasher. So I cannot leave a review about food. I just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady working the counter and the drive through window. I glanced at her name badge so I hope I saw her name correctly. I believe it was Shauna last name with a G. You have remarkable customers service. You do not find that much in the fast food business or any business these days. You greeted everyone and was so polite and even thought you were doing a few jobs at once when someone came in you spoke to them. I have owned several restaurants business until about 3 years ago and now semi retired just Door dashing for a little extra money. I know how people like to be treated and you went above and beyond. I know you did not feel well. I appreciate you. I know you will go far in life. Hope you feel better soon.
Terrible. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru (not busy) to get the driest, burned smidgets of wings. So disappointed!
Clean fast food restaurant, first time we tried it, ok for a fast food place, the food was a little salty ????, and the funnel cake was anything but that. But ok, for a quick bite
I ordered at 5:30 it said pickup would be ready at 5:45 so i get there a little before that and I waited for fifteen minutes until i finally asked where it was and he said he didn’t know and a couple minutes late at 6:00 i got my order but there was many other orders stacking up behind the guy who was packing them up but he took forever to do any of them but besides that the food was actually pretty decent. Would not recommend and will not be coming back.
Great experience!! There was a big group there from a camp and our food came quick. The manager has the staff well trained, kind and always checking on guests. We stopped here traveling when they first opened and they haven't missed a beat. Definitely, one of our normal stops when travel on I-95.
