I liked coming to this location until today. I was excited to try the tacos but now see that I wasted my money. The tacos were medicore and cold. They looked nothing like the display. The soft shell was soggy due to it not being made correctly. I used to like this location, but after today, I will drive 15 mins to the Oyster Point location before I go here again.
Visiting from out of town , my family and I stopped at this Zaxbys. We had a fairly large order ( 2 signature chicken sandwich combos, 2 snack packs , boneless wing meal, with two kids meals.
You could tell from the beginning that the young lady taking the order had an attitude. ( red dyed hair up in bun) I paid for the order and had a small wait. The same young lady who took my order came out with 1 bag and two kids meals. The bag contained 2 chicken sandwiches with absolutely nothing on them and poorly packaged as if someone dropped them , stepped on the put them back in the bag, no fries, no snack packs, no kids drinks, That was it. I quickly realized the error and went in. The same young lady , in an annoyed tone asked me what I was missing as if I was the one who completely forgot an entire two bags of food. She snapped and got the manager, who Thank Goodness for her customer service ( dreaded red twists) quickly realized that the order was completely wrong and all of those involved from the preparer to the deliver did not care how poorly the food was provided and lack thereof, she had the order redone. However the food was still lukewarm as if it had just been sitting.I usually do not post such lengthy review, but as a business owner the young adults at this establishment showed lack of care, organization, customer service skills, and all of the above. None of them should have jobs, with the exception of the night manager.
There is no way I would employ people who would tear my business down. It’s simple, if you don’t want to work in fast food then quit. As I am writing this, 2 of my family members have contracted illnesses after eating at this establishment. A warning to all, DON’T GO HERE!! Especially at night, until they clean house

I’m from out of town and decided to try this joint. Actually I was impressed.
I use to think Hardee’s had the best chicken tenders… not no more. This place beats Hardees hands down.! I’ll go back tomorrow and try something else. Good food for the price . Tenders just as good as chick filet. Didn’t see a French dip on the menu though.

Tasted lousy! Disappointed this time!
I've had to return my order 2 times in 2 days because there is a disconnect with the staff. The service was okay until I had to complain and the staff seemed to have little to no care. They were actually RUDE speaking in a tone that was disrespectful because they messed up my order. They never offered anything for inconveniencing me having to come back TWICE. The food I ordered I like but they gave me the wrong meal TWICE. 0 stars! I never plan to return even I obviously love the BLT tacos I’m ordering that I can’t ever get.
Decided to go to Zaxby's today and try their new spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was good but compared to other spicy chicken sandwiches on the market it was a mid-range choice. I also tried the crinkle cut french fries and they were average. Services quick through the drive-thru and I pulled under a shade tree and ate my lunch. Person at the window was friendly and it was easy to order at the drive-thru.
Although the food is delicious,and I had to return fries because they were cold.They did give me some fresh ones. I ordered two of the chicken finger tacos. But they were sloppely put together. The b l t had a piece, not a strip, but a piece of bacon on it. And everything was on one side of the taco, the other side was pure dry. Other than that everything else was fine.
I love zaxbys and I have been been coming to this location for about 8 months and tonight my girlfriend ordered 2 Cobb salads which are supposed to come with eggs(which it did not), and she specifically ordered them without bacon(and they put bacon on it anyway) and not even 10 minutes after she ate it, she threw it up!!!! I called the store to get a refund and the general manager told me they do not give refunds. We both have dietary
restrictions that prevent us from eating pork!! TO spent 20 dollars on salads WE cannot eat because your staff incorrectly made my order and had my girlfriend regurgitate the entire thing and all you offer is a 10% discount on my next meal?? UNACCEPTABLE!!! I WILL BE CALLONG CORPORATE
Without fail, every time I place an online order, they never give me my sauces. No matter what I order. Whether it be tenders or sandwiches. Idk what the employee’s problem is, but I feel like not adding sauce on EVERY online order is on purpose at this point. Even if the sandwich has sauce on it, they don’t add it on. Very disappointed in this Zaxbys.
