This chicken was inedible, so I spit it out. The staff member slammed the office doors as if they were taking a penalty shot. P.s. salad and seasoning fries was good.
Everytime I have ate here recently everything has been wrong, missing, or burnt. Tried the new tacos. Just chicken and sauce. Starting to be just a waste of time and money.
I have visited this Zaxby's restaurant a couple times before. On previous visits, the food wasn't very hot and that's one thing that kept me from coming back. However, on this visit, the service was very quick and the food was very hot and delicious. I'm happy to see quite a good improvement. I will plan on visiting this restaurant again.

Also, today one of them had a partial unlit cigarette in his mouth while preparing the food?!
The manager was bagging the food and thought it was ok.
Corporate really needs to come down here, they be surprised with all the shenanigans that happen in this store.

It's like a casino, there is no telling whether your order will be correct or not. Don't expect any accuracy because it's not just a one time issue, they have consistently messed up orders for the past year. Just got home and my "grilled chicken sandwich" was a singular piece of toast. ????
Everytime here lately we have been there, they have been out of something. You only serve chicken and you run out. Ordered tonight and they are out of chicken fingers. This place just needs to close down and let's get a reliable restaurant in it's place.
So I visited this place in drive thru. I was pleased until the end. I ordered the cheesecake bites (delicious) and small fry. I asked for zaxby sauce and told I needed to pay .25. The money was not the issue. The issue was charging me .25 for zaxby sauce for my fries when ketchup was not even given. Was I gonna be charged for ketchup if I asked? Ketchup is a sauce just like zaxby sauce is.
Make it make sense!
Also if you are advertising products online and the restaurant does not have it..take it off!

So the prices keep going higher and the people who work there get more angry and slow while working there. Order a 3pc tender combo with fries and a drink, also ordered an order of cheese curds- that came to $15. Talk about over priced greed!!! The young girl working the drive thru had no personality, she barely spoke and when ahe did it was very rude. Do yourselve a favor and go to anogher food buisness.
overpriced and if you want a different side with the combo just forget. it price so only fries or coleslaw is and option
