Best WLM Reviews
I hate to leave this review because we love Zaxby’s but for the consecutive second time we have boneless wings with the garlic blaze sauce that are honestly nearly inedible. They have little sauce, are extremely hard, and very small.
I can deal with the size of them but the hardness of them makes me think they have been sitting under the heat for a while. Again, the last time we came, it was the same result. We basically paid full price for a wings meal but only able to eat fries n toast.
I have three stars because in the past we have loved this store but it seems, in our opinion, the quality is going down. We have another store in Bailey Cove so maybe that’s our answer.
I do hope this store gets things turned around.
Ordered only sauces and all of the ramekins were under half full. Clearly too difficult for these workers.
I placed an online order and paid for it 50 dollars worth of food. And they had me wait for it. I placed the order. And waited 15 minutes before i left the house. Then got to the store at 757pm because my order was suppose to be ready at 754pm. I was told I had to wait which was fine . But I have been here now 40 minutes.. i have seen customers come in be served and feed and eating while i am still waiting. Drive thru line was cleared while I still waited. Then when I said something to them they said they just got my order and I have to wait for wings to be cook. I really am upset because I paid 50 dollars for food so I wouldn't have to wait and still no food still be reporting this.
My family loves Zaxby's and we eat here often. I wanted to take a moment to right a review and acknowledge the team at this location and ESPECIALLY the manager. She is awesome! Super attentive and always on top of things. No wonder this location is excellent ????
This was an awful experience. They did not get my order right. I had to go back to the counter twice and then wait on them to make my order while other people were being waited on and getting their food first. The employees don't seem to care about anything. I will never be back.
Zaxby's SW Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, Alabama
Zaxby's is a fast food restaurant that has great chicken and salads. There are multiple locations throughout town that makes it convenient to make a short drive to find one of their franchise locations. There is the option of eating in, ordering on-line/ordering via phone app and picking up inside at the counter or the drive-thru pickup. I've ordered many times using the phone app and making a quick pick-up at the drive thru.
They have a wide variety of bone-in-wings, bones wings, sandwiches and salads. You can order the wings with sauce from Wimpy to Insane. I prefer the Wimpy (mild) sauce on the chicken fingers with Ranch dipping sauce. I also love their sweet tea which is almost always fresh. Using the online app and going through the drive through is a real timer saver for those who are always on the go and have a limited lunch period.
When my wife and I visit a Zaxby’s location near home for a causal dinner she used to order Cobb 1/2 salad and I would order the Caesar ½ salad. But several months ago, they changed and only offer the full salad which is a shame because although the salads are great the ½ salads were just the right size for us as the full salad was more than we could eat in one sitting. Since we can no longer order a half-salad we enjoy the bone-in, boneless wings and chicken fingers.
The staff is always courteous and helpful. The restaurant is very clean considering the high number of customers that pass through their doors. The food is always hot and fresh and made to order. For varieties flavors and selections of wings, Zaxby’s is worth trying out. I would be willing to bet you’ll find some that satisfies your appetite and be back again and again.
Update: Visited Zaxby's in Madison on Friday, January 31. Since Zaxby's no longer has the half salad, I ordered a Cobb salad for my wife and I to split. I asked if they could put the cucumbers and tomatoes in a separate container and they happily obliged. I don't care for the cucumber taste on the salad but my wife loves them.
The fried chicken bites were crispy and salad was fresh and crisp. Zaxby's has staff has always been courteous and polite. The food has always been great!
Great Place to Eat and very friendly service. I really enjoyed my salad. The General Manager Antonietta was Amazing!! I will definitely be coming back for sure.
No reason for it to take 20+ minutes to get my order. Fries was cold and not fresh. With that kind of wait time everything should be fresh and hot.
