Best WLM Reviews
Great customer service over two separate visits. Food was served lightning fast each time, but I think it was at the expense of freshness. The chicken had spent some time under a heat lamp and didn’t taste fresh in addition to being slightly dried out. Overall I like this location but would be okay waiting a few extra minutes for fresher chicken.
The chicken fingers and french fries were delicious. The reason I put low stars on service is because they charge 50 CENTS! PER EXTRA SAUCE, That is outrageous. I may never go back to a zaxby's again for something that petty. I should be able to get any sauce I want extra, free of charge.
My daughter loved the beastbox...but the avocado blt chicken taco was extremely sad!
They did me dirty on the chicken taco
The chicken taco are so good and the beast box is great too. The wings and things are good I have most of it eaten by the time I get to work and that's my dinner for work
The food was really good and the zaxbys sauce is the best thing you can get.
If you are advertising a free sandwich for veterans, they should not have to download the app to get it. Showing proof of their military service should suffice.
Was served raw boneless chicken! I’m sick to my stomach I noticed the odd texture when I picked it up with my fork, not crispy at all… How many others were served raw chicken tonight ????
