I wish I would have had more greens in the salad and the chicken was a little less salty. Good thing I didn't even use the dressing they gave me the buffalo sauce on the chicken was enough.
The food is always very good. One of the best Zaxbys in the area, however today I don't know what happened. I ordered a cob salad with grill chicken and it came out raw, it was an ugly sensation when I bit into that raw chicken. please talk to the guy in yhe kinchen leave it well cooked. Thanks. I will visit them and I hope that doesn't happen again.
Worst Zaxby chicken I've ever had. It was mildly warm and dry as hell, wasn't most chicken as you'd expect and would normally receive at any Zaxbys. Employee was very polite otherwise I'd give this a 1 star. Lucky you have her.
I recently visited Zaxby's and I had a fantastic experience. The chicken fingers were very crispy and flavorful. The staff was very friendly.
My family went through the drive-thru today to get an order to eat on our trip home. The wait was longer than usual but our order was taken quickly and filled correctly. The problem though was that they were out of ketchup!! How does a fast food restaurant run out of probably the most popular condiment in fast food?!?!
Went through the drive thru ordered my food and they gave me all the wrong stuff bc they were to busy talking to people in the background and not paying attention to there job
I ordered two Fried Zensation Zalads in the drive through and received two salads that were missing the chicken. Not a piece of chicken in sight. Worst Zaxby’s experience ever.
Got that new chicken finger box and for the price it feed 5 people 6 if u count that I ate another plate few hours later lol but for $35 bucks that's a dang good deal
