We ordered curbside pickup tonight. Said it would be ready at 5pm. We got there at 4:58pm and checked in at curbside 1. We sat there for 30 minutes and nothing. My husband went inside to talk to someone, took almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge him. He was told someone else took our order and they laughed. Took another 5 minutes for someone to basically say "you'll get your money back anywhere between 24 hours to a week." We left with no food, no apology and now have to wait for our $50 to be refunded
Today I submitted my order via mobile app. It said it would be ready approximately 11:53 am. I had arrived at 11:55 and nothing was on the shelf for pick up. I asked about my order and was told it was being worked on. I was patient. They were not extremely busy. 20 minutes later, still nothing. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting I got my food. There were two people working up front when we arrived, the lady seeming less motivated. After just a few minutes the lady working up front left the area and left the young man to run taking orders and distributing dine in orders all alone. She was pretty quick when her phone rang though. She went to the back while many others were still waiting for their food, and more were coming in to order food. She later was seen talking and enjoying great conversations with the prep/cook in the back as she continued to smile and giggle as if it were entertaining to keep paying customers waiting. This is what happens when you hire those simply looking for a paycheck. They don't want to work, nor do they have any integrity for their work. They don't care because they'll run off to the next job, doing the same. Perhaps better management on each shift. So if you want to order from this location, be prepared to order an hour and a half before picking up your food, hoping that they don't actually get it out in time and give it to some else.
Dirty dirty place one of the worse places I’ve been in ever food taste vey old staff horrible to deal with recommend you go elsewhere even a local gas stations chicken would be better trust me my dogs ate it not even worth fighting with anyone working there over a refund pics are just of the beverage area yea the black spots mold
The entire store was nasty. The bathroom floors, walls, and ceiling were filthy. You can tell that the store has not been cleaned properly for a very long time. The seats in the booths are sticky to the touch. The wood table and chairs were also very nasty as they felt like a greasey sticky feeling. floors were dirty and looked like they needed a very good cleaning.
The food was good. The service was not good but it was not bad either. The people calling out the food did not speak out loud and clearly, leaving our food to sit on the counter in to go boxes for 15 minutes. No, I did not ask for to go boxes. When I received my food, it was room temperature, and the fries were stale. The employees were very friendly, polite, and helpful when speaking to them.
With this being said, I will not revisit the store anytime soon. 11-12-2024

Visited this location on two days on the 12/12/24 and 12/16/24 and on both accounts I encountered the worse customer service ever from a employee I never caught her name but she's a very dark skinned lady and she always has her hat pulled down really low over her eyes she has plaits at this time and she slender I only returned on yesterday because I thought she wasn't working cause I myself work in customer service and I could never act the way she does towards my customers she literally walked off from me yesterday as I walked up to the register to make my order first she stood with her back to me after she seen me standing at the register the after about 3 minutes r more she goes and gets the lady outta drive thru to come take my order and I thought it was just me she was doin this to but I asked several other customers and they replied she's rude and is always like this if she hates her job she needs to find another ayi think she might be a shift lead yesterday was my last visit here
There is clearly a lack of workers making everything slow from drive thru times to dining room orders. The only soda machine in the lobby is busted. Managers are not listening to the public or their workers for that matter. I live in Jesup and I'm willing to drive to the Hinesville location because it's better in every way. So if you're craving chicken or zax sauce best go to Hinesville. I wrote this entire review while standing in line in the lobby trying to order.
Waited over 45 minutes to get my food. Motivation severely lacking. Still in line as I write this.
Reply: I don't think copying and replying the same thing to everyone is going to fix the issue. You have all the information you need to fix the problem.
Horrific is an understatement. 3 out of 4 times I’ve been the last 2 months and have once cancelled my order after waiting 40 minutes then waited and got my food the other time. It is A WRECK! Someone needs to come in and run this place. There are workers but food isn’t coming out for whatever reason.
