Ordered wings and things combo. Super loaded with salt could not even finish. Chicken was over cooked and batter tasted rank. I'm done with Zaxby's never wasting money on this anymore. It used to be a great franchise but now its garbage.
When we went inside there were a bunch of flies swarming around the register and we waited atleast 10 minutes to order. When we got our food they gave us 5 tenders instead of 6, one napkin to share for two meals, and a cup that was broken. The drink machine was out of all of the drinks.
Very impressed! New to the area and unfamiliar with Zaxby's. Came through during lunch rush, gal standing outside taking orders was very patient with me and when asked what she would recommend she had several recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the menu and polite. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich, unaware house salad had Roma's on there and she ensured my salad didn't have tomatoes either. Gals at drive through window polite and professional. Very happy with the service I received. Will be coming through a lot more. Thank you for such great service and great food!!

Pay attention doing someone's order paid for extra sauce for it to be blue cheese and not get ranch
The food is excellent and the service was relatively fast, but we asked for extra ketchup last time and definitely didn't get it.
Ordered multiple things. One was a grilled cheese sandwich - for myself. But a child wouldn’t have eaten it either. Went right in the trash! Would you serve this to your family? Why would you send it in my door dash order? Looked like you made it 6 hours ago and completely soaked in butter, cheese looked sort of brown. One bite and I had to spit it out. Since you care so little wasting my money or about what you put in my delivery bag on 10/2/23 at 8:30pm from the Oak Ridge Zaxby’s, likewise, I won’t care about giving you a 2 star review.
Can you atleast clean the trys before putting food on them
