First time visitor, the food was very good except for the chicken wings I ordered. I got the sauce on the side so that made the wings naked, there was no flavor on the wings other than that sauce that they give you. And there were still a lot of feathers on the chicken that I had to pull off before I could enjoy it. The chicken strips that I ordered were nice and juicy and flavorful, but very small. And the French fries had too much of that sprinkled salt flavoring on it. I think just a light amount of that will suffice other than that the lady taking my order was very nice and pleasant.
This was an overall just ok experience. Nothing that was extraordinary. The food was just ok, bland and not with the same expectations of the typical establishment.
Friendly service. Busy at opening. Food was okay nothing spectacular. I personally liked the styrofoam cups for the soda. Best ice ever.
I straight up just went through the drive-thru ask you if there are two ranches with my 10-piece boneless You said yes half a mile to mile down the road looked in no ranch pitiful
Once again Zaxby's serves chicken nuggets since they are so small which were supposed to be dipped in teriyaki one or one and a half of them or not mc Donald's nuggets are bigger lol
Got the Asian salad and it had no slaw and the lettuce was brown!!! Never again!!!
This location is great. Very new and clean and modern. Employees are kind and our (party of 3) food was out before we sat down. The portions here are larger than I have seen at other Zaxbys locations, but the price is still outrageous. Food was great, we love the wimpy buffalo wings
Of the 4 of the 5 times I ve eat there my order has been screwed up. I would understand once or twice but 4 out of 5 times. I think this was the last time I will give them a chance
This location is honestly smaller than I would have thought from the outside, but it's new and looks really nice inside. Our food was great and I tried a strawberry lemonade for the first time and it was fantastic! Really tart lemonade and real strawberry puree added, if you get that version. The guy behind the counter is fantastic, too - very nice and chatty, with lots of recommendations. This location seems very well run.
