Came here for 2 salads and saw the new chicken strip tacos so I decided to try one… it was just thrown together! On top of that I took 2 bites and the chicken strip was gone. They could have at-least got small tortillas. The part I ate was edible but nothing to get hype over at all.
Got a grilled cheese kids meal for my son and went back with his fries and asked for more since there were hardly any In it. Was very disappointed that they said that was all they get and l told them they always fill the box up and she said well that’s the amount they are supposed to get. I also got a kids meal as well and my box of fries were filled up. She said well they weigh them and mine must have weighed less. ????♀️???? Also told them we would dine in and they made everything in a to go bag and then proceeded to make an announcement that the lobby closed at 8:30. It’s Friday night and we ordered at 7:45. Am

I’m a regular customer at this particular location and it’s getting worse on my recent visits but this might be the worse one of them all. First of all Zaxbys cost too much to be messing up orders and not cooking your chicken all the way done. I ordered my usual wings and things and I got Buffalo garlic blaze sauce and fries. I get home and they put the wrong sauce on them???? and the wings needed to be cooked longer because they were undercooked. This isn’t the first time the wings weren’t undercooked. ????They also don’t know how to count and gave me 4 wings instead of 5 and my fries and bread was cold not fresh at all. ???? I don’t understand why they are rushing and put out a great product especially how expensive Zaxby is. I won’t be back in awhile or never.
Coming back to eat at zaxbys after 2 years not eating from there(no bad blood) was a good idea friendly staff, and awesome food, french fries is well seasoned
I was a little torn on this review. On one hand, the restaurant was very clean, there was an employee cleaning all tables and straightening chairs as we entered. The line was short and the cashier very helpful and friendly. The food came very fast and was hot.
Do the food...the chicken fingers were hot, juicy and flavorful! However, they were cut very small compared to other locations. The french fries, though hot, obviously needed a moment longer to cook, as they were all very limp vs crunchy cringle cut fries...a moment more of cooking would have made all the difference. The same could be said for the Texas toast... basically some buttered thick-cut white bread that maybe quickly saw a toaster or grill. See Pics included.
The restaurant is trying on so many levels, but needs some attention in the kitchen for food quality.
Since when you have to pay for your dipping sauces and ketchup packets. The service was terrible. The cashier was talking to the kids in front of us. Not worried about taking peoples orders.
Not to bad I’d like to try some different stuff next time the best thing I tryd was the fry’d pickles the chicken was a little dry as well as the fryd cheese bites French fries could use some more seasoning toast was good didn’t care for the fry’d cheesecake bites at all and I thought the frozen lemonade was a little to sour for me but that just my personal taste i would like to try this place again and get some different sauces I didn’t care for the Zaxs sauce or the spicy one
