Terrible experience!! My daughter and I ordered our food at 6:00 inside the store- Cobb salad with grilled chicken/ no onions and a kiddie finger meal with milk. At 6:32 they came out and said they had no grilled chicken. They could give me fried or no meat. I said I’ll take the fried. 15 min later they brought out our food- Cobb salad - no chicken and with onions, no milk and no goldfish cookies for the kids meal. We took the food back up to the counter and the manager put the chicken on and gave us the milk and cookies. He said “I’m going to refund your whole meal”. I said “thanks” and said “it was on a GC” and he said “oh I can’t do that so next time you come in you can have something free”. I said “I waited 47 min for fast food. I won’t be back”. He said “ok” and handed me our food. WOW!! Sat down to eat and the lettuce had gone bad (see picture). I will say that the 3 ladies working at the front were very courteous and apologetic.
The lady who was the cashier was completely awesome her customer service was excellent the food was great and I enjoyed watch them manger do his job and make sure his crew stayed busy . Very postive experience
I usually order the chicken finger basket at this Zaxby’s location. I only really go through the drive-thru and never dine in or go inside to order but I find that the service in the drive-thru can be so long. It’s unbelievable. Sometimes there is absolutely no line and the service is still long and you to have to wonder what is going on why they take so long. On one occasion when I pulled up to receive my order, they were just talking and laughing and having a good time and the food was just sitting there on the counter. I asked them why it took so long and said y’all just having a good time and the person responded that they have to have a good time at work too. That was more important than providing good customer service I guess. The food is decent for a fast food restaurant. It cost around $12.
My friend was visiting and had a craving for Zaxby’s, so we ended up swinging by this location late on a Friday night. I hate being that person, but we were the last in the drive-thru at 11:40 PM. Despite the late hour and the usual Friday night rush, the food was hot, and the service was commendable.
After getting home, I noticed I had been charged twice. Mistakes happen, so I gave the restaurant a call once the payment posted to my account. I spoke with Joseph and then the manager, Johnathan, who were both very apologetic about the incident. When I came back in to resolve it, Johnathan was able to refund the extra charge without any hassle.
Customer service isn’t dead—these guys really went above and beyond. All around, a great team here!
I’m in literal tears right now typing this. This location just continues to go further into the trash as my food just did. My head hurts from a long day of work and just wanted some good quick easy food to settle my nerves. The wait in the drive thru is unbearable, then to receive season-less fries and the wrong wingz & thingz not once but TWICE. I get a mess up here and there but in my FACE 2x!!! Makes no sense at all. What’s worst is that my order was repeated back to me both times and still gave me the wrong order. Turned around to tell them(angrily), no special inconvenience treat, just season-less fries and heavily saturated toast and no dipping sauce that suppose to come with it no questions ask. Fix this location ASAP. I will never return to this location. It’s complete TRASH. My order was TRADITIONAL WINGZ & Thingz TONGUE TORCH WITH BOTH CHICKENS DIPPED IN SAUCE.
Very dirty feel. Table where drinks were was dirty. Floor around drinks dirty and sticky. Some tables unclean. Waited for almost 20 minutes. Surprisingly, Food was hot and good. But will not be back to this Zaxbys. Needs new management.
I just ordered the new tacos avacado ranch, and am so disappointed! They had almost no lettuce, 2pieces of tomatoes, and the smallest piece of chicken! On all 3of them! I hope these go out fast! And don’t bring them back! They horrible! No taste, and nothing on a taco shell!
They are serving uncooked chicken. We sat in line tonight for over 30 minutes. We were given not only the wrong orders but the incorrect drinks. And had to ask for sauce bc we weren’t given any in our meals! I understand that things happen but this is ridiculous, your managers need to step it up and make sure that their staff is delivering better quality customer service. We will not be back and taking our money down the street to Chick fil a. Atleast there we can know that we won’t be given an attitude when we politely tell them what was wrong with our order. Get it together!!! * we will be reporting this to hq
