I waited in line at the drive-through for 26 minutes. I just posted pictures where the weight was so long, the guy taking took out his cell phone and just started playing games on his phone. Literally, nobody, no manager, nobody came up to the window to let us know what was going on. The wait was 22 minutes and I was at the window, the only person in line in the front. 22 minutes. Finally the guy did come to the window because I kept blowing my horn to let him know I’ve been waiting for 22 minutes, I asked him what was going on and his response was my bad bruhhh. four minutes later, he hand me a bag of cold food. I’m normally the person that’ll flag down the manager to talk to them but it’s past 1030 and it’s past my bedtime, so I’m leaving this review instead.
I am so sick of this location messing up my order every single time! And I mean EVERY time. I work right by here so I like to come often but they have never once gotten the order right. And this is the only zaxbys location that is like this. I generally have great experiences with the ones close to my house. The management at this location needs some serious work. I am laughing today at how bad they messed my order up. I was supposed to have Cole slaw as one of my sides which they marked as no slaw, I ordered a funnel cake with caramel sauce, they gave me cheesecake bites with berry sauce, I had ordered 2 zaxbys sauces with my meal, ZERO sauce! Unsweet tea, they gave me sweet. And I’m laughing because the receipt could not paint it clearer and they still just don’t even bother! I am done with this location.
I visited Zaxby’s shortly after they opened at 10:05 AM, and my experience was far from satisfactory. My order was taken very rushed. At the window, I was asked what I wanted for a drink, and when I requested a sweet tea, I was told it wasn’t ready yet. This left me questioning why they were open if they didn’t have everything ready and accessible for customers.
As I reviewed my receipt, an employee rudely rushed me, mentioning something about a time system, despite there being no cars behind me or any line. The two gentlemen working this morning. As I am a African-American female, it made me feel disrespected and subjected to poor customer service, bordering on misogynistic behavior.
I will never return to this location again.
Second time I’ve ordered from here and been jipped. Forgot my drink, sauces, and paid $6 for cheese bites to only be given like four. Wasted money for hardly any food. Highly disappointed. Double check your food if you order from this location. Ridiculous.
Employees need better training. They’re nice enough service-wise, but the drive-thru is always painfully slow and orders are often wrong, especially weekday late lunch/ early afternoons. They don’t start your order until you’re already up at the window paying. The chicken is delicious, but you should always check your order before leaving.
The egg roll as burnt to a crisp. The salad looked horrible
I ordered 2 salads waited 20 minutes at the drive thru to receive salad. Was asked twice what I ordered when I was waiting at the window. Then when I got to finally eat my salad I found a big piece of plastic in my mouth and it hurt when I bit down. I called the manager and all that was offered was for me to drive another 20 minutes to replace a salad that almost cooked me. Never going back here rather eat gas station food.
Had us pull up for cold fries no salt. The grease for the fried pickles needed to be changed and the pickles burned. Sandwich was good. Tea with the meal was supposed to be peach was unsweetened. The extra tea had the peach. My first time eating at this location im pretty disappointed ???? drive thru got order wrong, missed the fried pickles. Spent 16 dollars and some change.
