Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 Extra toasts, pickles and 2 tacos. The sandwiches were stale with zero sauce, pickles and fries were cooked in VERY burnt grease and disgusting. They placed the toasts at the bottom so were completely flat. How were the tacos? No clue bc they did not give us the tacos. THANKS FOR NOTHING. Avoid this place at all costs!!
The food took forever. Waited 25 min and the people that ordered after us got their food before us. I’m not talking people that ordered right after us. It was like 10 min later. Next, the food was disgusting. The chicken tasted like rubber. This place has steadily gone down hill. Won’t be going here again.
Awful customer service. I placed my order over the phone 30 minutes before I arrived and still waited 15 minutes to get my order. The employees had no sense of urgency whatsoever. The food is delicious I just would not have ordered it had I known it was going to be a 45 minute affair.
I'm so disappointed, they didn't have napkins or half the drinks in the drink machine. Were out of the sauces we wanted. They don't carry marinara for the cheese bites anymore and we got maybe 15 bites for 6 dollars. There is a piece of chicken in my coleslaw. My fries are soft and mushy. It's horrible
Awesome place to enjoy your lunch! I stopped here once and i like it! Food was fresh and tasty. Chicken thighs was good and not dry. Wings was good to! Try it!
The french fries were cold and hard to chew. The chicken was hard and warm. Chicken tasted like old grease. The cashier was very friendly. It was our first visit and our last. The prices were high considering what little you got and getting cold fries and warmed up chicken.
This is the WORST Zaxby's I've ever visited. The restrooms were filthy, the seating area was filled with gnats. The service was beyond slow. It took over 25 minutes to get food for a family of 4. Napkins were not stocked for to go orders, silverware was not wrapped. The cashier who placed his hands over my forks attempted to give them to me and say that was all they had. Never again will I visit this Zaxby's. We were 40 minutes behind time on our road trip due to the slow service we received at this location. The food was not hot or fresh. The cashier apologized and informed us they were short staffed. I appreciated the apology.
It was weird here. I suppose the A/C was broken, tables a mess, and food especially late despite no other customers but my family at the time. Cole slaw tasted funny too. I was coming from North Mississippi on my way to West Texas and this experience was undoubtedly not worth any praise.
