It’s a chicken restaurant, nothing overtly special aside from their Zax sauce.
Workers don’t seem like they really wanted to be there, the sweet tea was empty, and the chicken tenders tasted good but were some of the smallest I’ve ever seen.
I’d skip them next time and try something different in town.
Nearly 10 bucks for this pathetic sandwich. Chicken doesn't even fit the small bun

wings were super dry, basically no sauce at all and didn't even taste all that great. pickup was easier than most Zaxby's locations but the food here is just not good at all and barely is at other locations so the bar is already low :\
The young lady who took our orders and brought our food out to us today (9/17/24) at the Rockmart location, was absolutely delightful. She had a bubbly personality and just left us smiling.
I worked for Chick-fil-A for seven years of my life and customer service has always been number one for me. This Zaxby’s crushes it on every level. I’m here 4-5 days a week because I know what to expect and they never disappoint. The back of the house and the front have always been top tier everytime I come in. Kudos to the staff and whoever runs this business.
My family and friends have been coming here since they opened. Place is always clean, food is always good and service is always great. It's in a great location just off Hwy 278 in Rockmart, and with easy entrance and exit. If you are pulling a camper or trailer, or driving a semi or motorhome, there's plenty of room to pull in and park.
I usually get the Blue Zalad, it comes with blacked or buffalo style chicken chunks, the lettuce is a blend of iceberg and romaine, with tomatoes, carrots, etc. and a side of Texas toast. My wife and I usually share the Blue with the buffalo, its plenty for both of us. They also serve many other things, one of which is a buffalo style sandwich on Texas toast, which is absolutely delicious, but it's a pending heart attack!
Will return and highly recommend.
The food was overcooked. The egg rolls we recieved and the fries. We even waited for the food and it still didn't come out at its best.
