Food is cold the fries have no seasoning and taste like wet raw potatoes. Chicken fingers are the size of my pinky, bread is soggy, and got 2 bites of Cole slaw…. If I’m paying $25+ for two finger plates I expect better quality food. Also had to wait 15 minutes for cold food.
I was excited to try the new chicken wrap I ordered n it looked awful nothing like the picture n chicken was hard as a rock first photo is what they gave me 2nd is how you advertised it
13 fries in the kiddie grilled cheese meal seems a bit stingy especially when I asked for extra seasoning salt and none was initially put on them. I asked for some (again) and got it. Fries were not hot/fresh. Grilled cheese and chocolate chip cookie were good.
I love this place to eat, everything looks clean, in orden, I feel welcomed. I love the food. People are nice, atmosphere is amazing. I don’t have enough words to recommend this place.
Our family loves Zaxby’s and we try to stop there when we can. On a drive from Charleston to Charlotte, this location was on our route. When we pulled up we saw many employees out back at 11:50 and wondered why. Apart from two other people waiting on takeout, we were the only people inside. We ordered two kids meals, Kickin chicken meal and I got the Signature Sandwich. It took 19 minutes to get all our food. At one point, I saw the kids meals just sitting there getting cold so I asked for those. The lady up front kept asking them for the rest. A manager came forwarded and said they hadn’t even dropped the sandwich yet. The cashier apologized but that was it. They finally asked if I wanted something else, the Loaded Fries, so I gave in. A lot of people came in after us and got their food ahead of us. As a former Chick-fil-A manager, I know stuff happens but you have to take care of your raving fans. So, the Signature Sandwich didn’t turn out to live up to the name since they couldn’t make it.
Dirty. Dirty. Dirty. These poor employees don't appear to have had any training. The store was a mess - overflowing ice tray, food and napkins on the floor. Bathroom waste bin overflowing.
I tried to find the sanitation rating, but the notice and score were not visible from public spaces in the restaurant.
Lids, straws, and napkins were completely out of stock by the drink machine - unless you count the ones on the floor.
The food was standard Zaxby's.
It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. When we finally ordered, we asked for a large drink and her response was we don’t have large drinks. She then charged me extra for my dressing for a salad that I later found out was wrong. We waited almost 10 mins for our salad and finger plate. I thought this was a fast food establishment.
I ordered chicken bacon ranch loaded french fries three times in 3 weeks first time was very good second time not as much chicken the third time which was today I got very little chicken three whole bites of chicken and two bites of bacon and that was all I got might want to check the consistency on your products that you put out. I was very disappointed I tried to call the store but their number that they list on the website is not right the one they have on their receipt is also not write it never goes through might want to fix that too
