I have a large family and sometime I don’t feel the want to cook! However and unfortunately my teens like the wings there but the last few times I have came here to this location it’s been completely garbage! I am NOT talking about little money I pay for my order! It’s no less than 60 bucks for everyone to eat. Today the 4th of June had cut it for me with the old cheese bites and box that was old food. My ticket today was 62.42 just to get another disappointment!
Ordered online from this store Sunday 12/8/24. Went to pick up my order, there is one car ahead of me. They order get their food in still waiting at the speaker. There is a huge line behind me, finally the girl takes me order. I get home food is cold fried taste old not even the chicken is warm. I mean your food is expensive. I think I’ll make food at home next time disappointing.
Food is ok at this location but besides that everything else sucks and so does the customer service. Before asking someone in the drive thru to pull up atleast have your shit together so that way when you come out 20 minutes later you have everything and not asking me to come inside to finish your job.
The food was good and it came fast. The atmosphere was ok, but the table and floor really needed to be cleaned. The worst part was the cashier who took our order. Leslie P was so rude! Her attitude was horrible and she was very insulting. The card inserter wasn't working and she acted like we were the problem! Everything else was good but terrible service can really ruin a restaurant.
I had the worst experience at this location. I asked them to make my salad without the tomatoes because I am allergic & with the extra crispy onions . I got my salad with old cucumbers in it & tomatoes on it & no extra crispy onions . Mind you the idiots rung it up just the way I asked for it . I guess somebody in the kitchen didn’t care if my throat closed up from the tomatoes on my salad at all . Mind you I alway so currently have covid & I called them and told them about this problem with my food because was delivered to me at my home . They told me I had to bring the receipt and the food right back up there . So you mean to tell me yall gone get the salad I touched with my Covid hands slap some onions on there and scrape of the tomatoes and give it right back to me . I spoke to the store manger and this is how I was treated . And then told me that it doesn’t matter if I have Covid or not . They play dirty games at this location and have a lack of care of compassion for human beings . They WILL NEVER get my service ever again ‼️ yall are on my most hated list of places to eat now .
Was told my food wasnt ready drive thru so waited for 20 minutes in my car before going in, my food was on the pickup rack for me to fetch myself. It was a mobile drive thru order. I chose to get get hired by Leslie on the first day I came to work which ha was Monday they begged for 27$ for uniform I gave them ask to show proof of what I was paying for and got hateful looks and attitudes I then brushed it off after getting a piece of paper saying 27 uniform and I asked for uniform and the lady told me I gave her attitude....worst experience in my life
Hello there's a worker named Jonathan. That's disrespectful and have no patience with customers, I've complained and they said their franchise and not corporate owned, I feel discrimination against my skin color and my wife, and this wasn't the first encounterment with him
