Came here at 5pm to grab some food. Had to pull up and wait for 15 mins until they brought out my order of loaded fries. Only thing I ordered was loaded fries, how do you make someone wait for 15 mins just to give them cold food. Cheese not melted at all. Soggy fries. At least next time I know to skip this place.
In the evening the store employees make this place a perfect spot to be mugged. They have no store front lights or parking lot lights. When I told them they apologized with "I'm so sorry" and then did nothing about it. I explained that it's scary to even get out of the car here, but even when leaving no lights came on outside the store. Not even their Zaxby sign.
Zaxby's has been my favorite fast food chain for a long time now and on top of the fact that I live so close to this location, the service and quality of the food here never fails to impress me. Aaron took care of me today when I went through the drive through and he honestly may have set a record for speed and efficiency I was thoroughly impressed. As always the food was incredible, the service was impeccable, and I will keep coming back every time I have a craving for some delicious fried chicken. 10/10 can't go wrong! (and the sauce. THE SAUCE!!)
I specifically got food here because I enjoy the bread, and I was disappointed when a crew member told me they don’t serve bread with combos apparently. Unfortunately my patience already used up by this point because this was my 2nd time in the drive through because I wasn’t asked if I wanted a combo or not the first time, I drove off not realizing I wasn’t asked what to drink. This location is known to have attitude but lying for no reason is beneath any fast food chain.
Fresh food, awesome service! Eat here! A+A+A+A+A+A+
We have friends visiting from England and we all really enjoyed our meal, food was hot and freshly cooked, not always what you expect from “fast food”. We were greeted by Own, he was friendly and professional. We also spoke with the manager who obviously takes pride in what she does and is extremely welcoming. Overall a refreshing experience.
Service is up and down, but store is usually clean. They take coupons. I love their regular chicken sandwich meal and their Cheddar Bites. The soda machines has lots of choices.
My issue is that every single time I decide to come to this specific Zaxby’s it takes over 30 minutes for my food. What I order is a kiddie cheese which is a grilled cheese and some fries. Please explain to me why it takes so long every single time I go. Explain to me why people behind me get their food first after I’m forced to park in spot ahead to wait for my GRILLED CHEESE. Just to get the food and for it to be cold and my soda is gone by the time the food is given to me. The service is terrible and this place should not be considered fast food if it’s going to take over 30 minutes. Low staff ? Only take so many people at a time. Packed on the inside ? Shut the drive thru down ? Like the time management skills are terrible.
