Tried the new Chipotle ranch soft tacos. They were delicious!! Shout out to whomever came up with this idea for zaxbys! This is one of my new favorite meals at zaxbys.

Zaxbys used to be my favorite place for chicken and their salads could not be beat. Over the past year the chicken has changed and they stopped giving marinara sauce for the cheese bites but I decided to get a salad tonight since you can’t get a better salad anywhere else for the price. I hate to say but it was not up to par. The salad bowl was not filled with lettuce. It was more toppings than lettuce. Barely any grilled chicken. I know the zensation salad comes with the brown sauce but it was so much on it there was no point of putting the dressing on it. I got a side salad for 13$. The disappointment ????. The best part of the experience was the beautiful lady that handed me my order.
Really disappointed everytime I come here I ask for extra seasoning on my fries and they never do it. I went through the drive through and asked for extra seasoning on my fries to drown them and still nothing. Very disappointing they should really listen to the customer more and pay closer attention to orders.
Had to go there because of their TV commercial for the Zensational Zalad. Boy was I let down. You do get your choice of fried or grilled chicken & it comes w/two dressing packets and a whole eggroll on top.
It is basically a chopped Asian salad. That's it, no crunchy wonton strips or sliced bell peppers....Nothing to make it Zensational! or worth $12.⁰⁰ !!

Well it really does not matter if you order on the app or not. Pulled to the window after waiting in line for almost 20 mins only to be parked. When I get home the toasted buns are black.
Fast food is a type of food that is designed to deliver the order in the quickest way possible available at any eating joints. Fast foods were developed to make the process of food serving as smooth as possible, and it indeed has been able to meet its demands in the best ways possible.
Store smells. Stood at front counter for too long without being acknowledged. Floors so sticky you can hear and feel every step you take. Lots of hair and no hair nets. Many other health code violations.
So I just recently made an order through the Zaxby’s app.. I went to my local store and patiently waited for my order. I noticed the location was busy, so I silently stood my place in line. After all the mobile orders were called, I realized I had been there before some of them. I glanced my order and noticed the address said Phenix city Alabama. I placed another order inside the Hinesville Georgia location and the manager said call to that store they will cancel it. Little did she know that wasn’t the case. I called my bank and was told if they release the pending status the order can begin the refund process. Thinking it was going to be an easy task, I called the store explained to two people the situation, and the second person Christina told me the food was made an hour ago. It’s a waste of food so cannot refund me the money. I thought this was very odd to tell a customer that supports your business, and secondly from the manager perspective, she definitely needs more training or she needs to be excused from representing the company when it comes to customer satisfaction and customer and store relationships. This was very unexpected and unexceptionable. I stopped by another location in Richmond Hill Georgia to verify what the so called assistant manager said, and she was very upset with how I was handled. This needs to be addressed immediately. If I was not visiting this location it would have been different, but I don’t not live in that area. The gps did not update when I placed the order and I feel that I was given a hard time and mislead about a solution that could’ve easily been resolved with a simple refund.
