We were waiting outside for the rest of our party to arrive with my service dog and service dog in training. One of the employees was on his way inside to start his shift and we had a pleasant conversation. After he went inside the manager came outside with a bowl of water for the dogs saying the cook said that the dogs looked like they could use it. It was very thoughtful of the young man to think of the dogs and the manager to bring them water. The young lady taking our order was very thorough and kind. We had a group of eight and she showed no frustration and ensured that the order was correct before finalizing the ticket. The cooks were even more amazing as they had our food ready before we were all able to get our drinks. Everyone’s order was fresh and correct. Amazing job to all of your staff! Next time we’re in town we’ll definitely be back!
Had the Famous Meal Deal #3 Wings & Things. Boneless wings I rated a (3), Chicken Strips (4), Fries (4), Toast (2). Clean facility, friendly service, great for a quick bite, eat-in, or take out.
Solid chicken finger restaurant. The fries and toast are usually reliably delicious when paired with Zax sauce. I ordered the Kickin Chicken Sandwich on this visit and thoroughly enjoyed the spice with the buffalo and creamy ranch sauce. Always seems to be issues with their Coke machine (out of flavor etc.). Overall decent place to eat that won't break the bank.
Service was good and quick, not a long wait, chicken sandwich wasn't anything special but good enough for a chicken place, choose this place over canes any day.
As a very long-term Zax addict.. this store let me down a little. Register worker had little training on how to ring up menu items - zero napkins out in the condiments area - soda machine was messy and sticky, but the store was only open for 22 minutes when I got there? Table I sat at was also sticky and had dribbles of soda? On it...so likely not or lightly cleaned the night before. One huge plus was that the restroom was actually clean.
One of my favorite fast food places. The food taste and quality is always great, I only wished I had one closer to my house
I went to Zaxbys for the 1st tonight for dinner. I got the Big Zax Snack and taste good
Great food, would 100% recommend the Mr beast box!
