We are talking about fast food.right.that don't mean it's always going to be 2 or 3 minutes. however just because we have a bad day at work why go to a fast food in the evening and discourage children that have had a bad day at school. We want our children to be respectful but then we go to fast food restaurants and talk so ugly to children because we couldn't say what we wanted to say at work to our boss.. does that seem right? And then in the same breath adults ask why are children so disrespectful because they haven't run the respect from the adults that are disrespecting them let's be polite let's encourage our children to work and not be in the street doing the wrong thing be patient be thankful be grateful the next time we go into a fast food restaurant let's say something nice to the children that I work in fast food in the evening Thank you for your service Thank you for preparing my food so I don't have to cook dinner after a hard day at work let's not always be an ass and expect the best out of our teenagers you get respect if you give respect please let's remember that for the next generation
This place smells bad as soon as you walk through the door. My order was given to another person... and they brought it back to the counter. The employee just bagged it back up and gave it to me. Drink machine syrup needs filling. Won't go to this place again. What a dump !!
Came in at 3pm on May 28, 2023. The restaurant looked mostly clean except for the drink station, but it smelled like an old mop.
I ordered the Zazby signature sandwich with fries and drink. Chicken was dry and tasted old, pickles were wilted like soggy lettuce, and the fries were old and cold.
Most of the drinks were out of service.
The only star in this experience was the young lady at the counter (her name was Jiyah). She was very pleasant and very professional, definitely hard to find these qualities these days.
5 star for service, 1 for food and 3 for cleanliness.
What happened to the service here? This used to be our favorite place to eat for years at this location. They left my food up by the kitchen and kept telling me that it wasn't ready yet. I placed an order to go. I had stood there for almost 15 minutes. Finally I'm thinking it does not take this long it showed it would have been ready way earlier. I can see a name on the bag and that was my order sitting up there the whole time. If I'm going to pay $30 for food I would rather it not be cold and have better customer service. I told them and they just acted oblivious and then they apologize realizing that the whole time almost 20 minutes now that was my food up there.
Average Zaxbys at best. Order here a lot (2-3 times a month) and it keeps getting worst.
Order more fires, not noticeable, order extra sauce and consistently do not get what we ordered …or any at all…
I mostly order on the app, so maybe that has something to do with the lack service?
At least when the app says the food will be ready it is always ready at that time?
I think I will try the other chicken finger places in town next time…and I’m kinda bummed about that…this used to be the “go to”.
The bathroom here is absolutely appauling, so much so that I am concerned about the cleanliness of the rest of the store.
The food was hot and fresh. It tasted pretty good, but I believe it's just overpriced chicken tenders.
Every time i come here there is NO seasoning on the fries. Ive tried to order extra seasoning on the side and they forget it every time. The best part about Zaxbys is the fries so it’s annoying when they fail to make them correctly. Without the seasoning the fires are not good.
