I normally never write bad reviews, but after the food and customer service received from this location I just wanted to warn others! I picked up food and frequent this location a lot (never had an issue) so I drove off without checking as I had a screaming toddler in the back seat. Everything in my tray of food was full of coleslaw juice, my fries were cold and were supposed to have extra seasoning which they did not, and the chicken tenders were cold! I’m pregnant and honestly don’t trust eating them without knowing how long they have sat out after being cooked. I called to let them know and wasn’t looking for a refund or more food, but I was simply met with a “sorry” and nothing else. Probably lost my business and my family of 5!
Awful ordered 10 wings for fifteen dollars and the wings was very small don't eat here find and other wing place. Chex wings and grill have great nice meaty wings want come here again rip off.
We ordered take out and everything was fresh and hot. The Chicken Fingers were not greasy and our whole family enjoyed them. Love the sauces! The fries that my son got were good and the loaded fries were delicious. Not greasy at all. No complaints at all on the food and service was good at the take out window.
I had a mobile order. When I received my food I opened it to be sure it was correct. I noticed the slaw on my chicken finger plate was placed straight in the container, causing it to leak onto my other items. My cheddar bites were overcooked and burnt. I went inside the restaurant to report the error. The cashier seemed extremely annoyed when I pointed out the issue, she then went to notify I’m guessing the manager on duty. She saw me and immediately rolled her eyes. I then explained what happened she informed me that they no longer put the coleslaw in a separate container and haven’t done so in 2 years. I informed her I was not aware and if she could have them separate it and remake the cheese bites. She reluctantly asked the cook to remake the items. Though I appreciate her efforts, her customer service skills are extremely lacking. I should not feel as though I am “bothering” someone when Im merely asking for what I paid for. Customer service training across the board is needed at this store!
Great Location- I stopped here while traveling Despite the other “not so good” reviews and was Pleasantly surprised . Service with a Smile ! Fresh hot food cooked just right! Clean environment. What more can you want from fast food?

I come to this Zaxby's often and never really had a "personal" problem but I witness a lot of bad customer service. Today for instance the manager was running the lobby orders and she just not have good customer skills to even qualify for a manager. She looked annoyed anytime a customer ordered. A man came in upset something was missing and instead of just fixing the situation she argued with him leaving him frustrated. It's very unprofessional. As someone whose been around customer service for 15 years I believe she needs to be trained on how to have a more positive attitude or repositioned. Like I said this was just gathered from the 20 minutes I ate dinner and observed.
My daughter went the night before. The food looked and smelled great so I went the night ,well not so good
I came inside to try the new Zenzation salad, with the best egg rolls and some really good iced tea! Customer service was awesome too!
