Horrible and Iran Gromez is an inexperienced manager along with his crew. I ordered fresh food with fries--nothing was fresh and they dumped excessive amount of seasoning on the fries.
This evening, I stopped by the drive-thru at Zaxby’s, and I just had to share my experience. Not only was my food absolutely perfect, but I also had the pleasure of meeting Nae, who took my order. She was genuinely kind—like, really kind. There was no sense of rush, and her soft-spoken, polite demeanor made my day. Kindness means a lot to me, and her warmth truly touched my heart. Thank you, Nae, for making my visit so special!
Would have been a 5 star visit, but they have false pricing. I asked the manager about it, and his response was that the app wasn't updated yet. Service was good. Food was made to order, so it was nice and hot. It's a Zaxby's so of course it tastes good.
I don’t care how many times I go there, my order is either NEVER right, or they don’t hand me what I asked for when ordering. This is the only place I know in Duncan South Carolina, I can honestly say have awful customer service. Do you know how frustrating it is to order and get home and it’s not right. I quit eating here for one year, well my entire family did. I decided to give them another try and clearly nothing has changed. I refuse to spend another dollar at this establishment. I’m not sure why everyone else gets it but Zaxby. I’m not sure if they really understand that without customers, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS.
Honestly, I have never had a bad experience at a Zaxby's. Other than the occasional wrong order which is bound to happen anywhere. Food has always been good, never had an issue with getting food fixed that's wrong, pretty much always clean.
The ideal chicken restaurant. Food was delicious, wide variety of drink choices. Relatively clean, nice bathrooms as well. Service was speedy and friendly.
Wonderful food here great service would recommend to anybody stopping or driving by that has never eaten here before
On our most recent trip to South Carolina we decided to explore few chicken sandwich spots that we don't see near Chicago. We stopped here to try Zexbys chicken sandwich for the first time and the staff took their time to explain the menu to us and recommended few menu items. Our family was even given a full set of sauces to try. We don't each much at fast food chains but when we did we have never come across staff so friendly. GREAT JOB GUYS! KEEP IT UP! All 5 of us were super impressed with your hospitality
