Visited yesterday for dinner, it was my 1st time there. Got my usual boneless wings and things. Was a little too salty but was still good. The workers were excellent and festive too. It meant a lot. Thanks! ????
I’m so confused as I was eating my Zaxbys “vegetable egg roll” why is it CHICKEN or PORK inside of it so pissed off im a vegetarian eating at Zaxbys and this is what I got
There is this one employee named Shane B, he was rude and very unprofessional. He made the whole experience horrible. There was another employee who was there just watching him be rude! She could’ve took over and tell him to go chill in the back or something! But instead she watch him be rude towards my parents! The food overall was good apart from the fact Shane got the whole order WRONG!
I had a grilled chicken Cobb salad. The chicken was moist and delicious, veggies were fresh. The toast was warm and buttery. We tried the chicken avocado bacon taco's . They are delicious! They also have good crinkle cut ff.
Employees were friendly and professional. Place was clean. The wait for my food seemed sort of long for the small number of people that were in the restaurant eating. I got the house salad with grilled chicken. The salad had very little chicken on it. Zaxby's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants maybe this location wad just having a bad day.
Alyssa was very nice. Crystal D was my server and she helped me with my order as this was my first time at Zaxbys. Will come back soon!!
Used mobile app for the first time and the pure disgust I felt from the worker at the window did not go unnoticed.
Not only was the order incorrect but the pure anger that was displayed was entirely unjustified.
I have been a customer since the inception of Zaxbys but today was my last visit.
We came to Zaxbys at 4 PM on Tuesday 3/16/2021. We waited 15 minutes before we were even greeted. There was no one else in line.
Olivia W finally took our order after 15 minutes. She offered no apology for our wait.
We then waited again for another 15 minutes and finally received our order. The check number was 2354.
I ordered fried mushrooms and received a half order of lukewarm mushrooms.
My girlfriend ordered wings and said they were “satisfying.”
It seems as if this location doesn’t have great management. I probably won’t come back.
