Got the new taco with Chipotle Ranch and it was a nice change of pace. I don't think it's good enough to get it unless I'm in the mood for it. Not too bad. Also got the fried pickles.
Picked up a Zac Packz and a Kids Meal on the way home. Get home and the fries for both orders have been re-fried and are disgusting. There are literally burnt, black fries in the kids meal and in the box. Not edible at all… check your food before you leave this establishment! Manager was not helpful at all, offered to replace the fries and we live 30 minutes away.
I got the 5 piece wing combo and chose nuclear. It was barely hot at all. Very mild to me personally. If that's the hottest they got, then I can't even imagine what the other flavors are, probably tastes sweet as candy
Placed my order and 5 people behind me got there food while mine sat on the counter behind the cashier for over 20 minutes, did not have any sauce in any of the 3 items I ordered. My food was cold, and let’s be honest, not too appealing to the eye for how much I paid for this. I’ve been eating here my entire life and lately it seems that this establishment has went down hill. I will not be returning to this location ever due to this being one of many bad dealings I’ve had. I asked for double fries and as you see I didn’t even get a single order, the nibbles look like someone threw them in the box, chicken fingers torn to pieces. This is just unacceptable and is not right. I advise others to steer clear of this location ????????
Its sad that Statesboro was home to one of the original Zaxby locations and is now home to the worst location I have ever visited. The food was cold and this was at lunch. The fingers were so small I thought they were nuggets and the wings were like rubber. My toast wasnt even toasted. The interior smelled bad and some of the booths were torn and patched. Very sad to see. Make the drive to the other location and leave this one in your rear view mirror.
Most Zaxbys are good places to eat and have awesome sweet tea. Not this one! The food is disgusting and the tea is always sour. Apparently putting out fresh tea is too much of a chore for these overpaid, lazy young kids who have the work ethic of a sloth. They should close this place and clean up the Coke dispensers because it smells like vomit in that general area. Hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the door. Manager should be ashamed of themselves for how they run this place.
Ordered on uber site food was under cooked fries was hard and cold chicken had blood in it paid 50.00 for food my house couldn’t eat night manger had an I don’t care attitude whoever the cook was or whoever works on night shift needs a new job never again all I could eat was the bread
The funnel cakes are too hard. The prices are too high, I paid over $34 for two people
The chicken sandwiches are good, along with the frozen lemonade
