The food here is good. That’s not what I’m complaining about. Today my family and I wanted Zaxby’s. My Mom, brother and sister got the Mr. Beast boxes. My Dad got a shrimp plate and I got the chicken bacon loaded fries. Keep in mind we live about 10-15 min away and with how gas prices are we don’t want to waste a lot of gas. When we got home we all were ready to eat our food because we were starving. Unfortunately, we were greatly disappointed when we open our plates to see that we didn’t have much food. The Mr.beast boxes barely had any food in it, the chicken bacon loaded fries only had half the amount of food than it usually does and then the shrimp plate only had 3-4 shrimps and hardly any fries. That’s not worth the $52 price that I paid. Plus that’s not enough food to fill up my family. On top of that all the drinks were flat. My mom called and complained and the manager said that he KNEW that the drink machine was not working properly and that the shrimp plate should come with 8 shrimps. Why would you sell flat drinks to your costumers?? That’s insane!! He said that we could bring the food back and they remake it. We did that. Got home and all the food was good. I feel like they should do a lot better considering their drive thru lines are always backed up to Texas. I also feel like this establishment would be better if their was an adult present….it’s literally run by teens. My family and I will not be back here for awhile and we made other people aware of this incident!
Get ready to have to wait for your food and receive smaller portion sizes. The taste of the food is great but the wait time and the decreased portions is ridiculous. It took me 30 minutes to get a salad through the drive-thru and when I did receive it it was made incorrectly. I went back through the drive-thru and got my salad but it was still missing items. The fries that I ordered were a large and the size of a small so if you're ordering fries just make sure to save yourself some money and just get a small.
With todays inflation and the prices of their menu. Customers expect to still get the same quality. Last thing we need is to pay double while getting less. This experience here will have me question about going to zaxbys again.
The worst part is there were no lines. If you are using the drive thru. Check your plates. Dont be overcharged for a few pieces of fries
Took 30 minutes to get two salads. Will never come back. They should have said there were 2 gigantic catering orders ahead of me. It would have taken so little to do that. No courtesy.
After waiting for thirty minutes and feeling a bit of a pariah for asking for the food we paid for earlier, it was all rectified by Chloe. I appreciate the kind gentleman who handed me my food, Jorga. I understand the restaurant was swamped, but my traditional wings were cold. Thank you Chloe for fixing my order. I appreciate you.
I come here a lot but quite frankly will be taking my business somewhere else. Waited 45 minutes on a Sunday with barely ANYONE inside, or in the drive through (besides the people behind me) because I waited for 20 minutes just to give them my order!! Then when I get to the window she’s rude as all get out! Pretty ridiculous especially with it being slow. I’ve worked restaurants all my life, I know how it goes. But this, yeah no. Not acceptable.
Waited over 15 min in drive thru with no movement whatsoever. Parked went inside and noticed majority of staff just standing around in the kitchen laughing and making jokes. Looks like their manager was doing the same with them. Older lady up front was very nice and kind.
Idk how that place is open. They mess up the order every single time. Just honestly sad. Most disgusting place I’ve ever been inside of. Can’t cook chicken right either.
