Horrible rude service in drive thru. If you don’t want to work go home. Needs to be fired or placed in the back not near a customer. This place has gotten horrible. Whoever is in charge of this place should not be. Needs new management or ownership. Place has went downhill fast in the last year. A quick look down recent reviews shows exactly what's going on. Owner keeps commenting some link to all of the reviews but isn't trying to fix the problem in the store make changes before you go out of business.
So this place would normally get a higher rating, but the experience I had today has lowered that bar far. After placing an online order for noon, I waited till well past 12:30 only to be told customers who just placed an order would be worked on before mine simply because of ordering a family meal. This is a terrible way to run a restaurant or any business
Zaxby's in Lancaster had really gotten awful!!! They're always out of everything, the food is not even as good as it used to be, they never seasons their fries. the food cost to much for the quality!!!!! The last few times we have been they have been out of every drink choice and almost all food choices on the menus! Definitely not waisting my money at this place anymore. Not only that the service is like the workers would rather be anywhere but there working they act like they hate the world and everything else
2nd visit to this location was last night. Drive thru slow with 3 cars in front of me waiting to order but only 1 customer inside. I went thru drive thru so I wouldn't have to pull my disabled mom out. My sister went inside. It took 25 minutes to get our order of the finger plates. No coleslaw in meal and I ordered drinks without ice but got ice. The food was not right out the fryers but not cold thankfully. My sister said there were plenty of employees inside working so no reason to be so slow.
please at all cost avoid going to this place. Food is trash. Their customer service is absolutely horrendously terrible. You can’t get anyone to come the the speaker at the the drive through. Staff are always rude and more worried about socializing than your food. This place just needs to shut there doors. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Better off driving to the one in indian land. Never seen a place so un managed it’s ridiculous
the disrespect of the the people here is absolutely insane. i was trying to put my 2 drinks the women in drive thru JUST gave me in my cupholders and the women says “EXCUSE ME!?” as in telling me to grab my food. Patience honey you ever heard of it cause you sure need it. not sure of her name but this needs to be fixed.

Drive thru employees just hanging out and snacking while handling food.
Staff were on phones and discussing making their own food rather than serving customers. Waited over 30 minutes for food to be prepared when there were only two customers in the entire store.
