Best WLM Reviews
TERRIBLE attitude and eye rolls at 11AM on July 10th from THREE girls at the drive thru.
Kindness and a smile are free.
Tried it again 11/16 and this was my chicken finger plate when I opened it. Y’all, what the hell is this ????
Ordered a Cobb salad and received the smallest amount of chicken I’ve ever had on one their salads.
Angie was amazing! as soon as i walked in was greeted with nothing less than a smile, positive energy, & wonderful service!!! the food we had ordered was fresh. thank you so much angie!!! it is always nice going somewhere and hearing the coworkers laughing and having a good time together!!! that is somewhere you want to be!!
Every other time I go here they forget items on the loaded fries. Getting real sick of not getting what I'm paying for. Everything's fine when they actually give you what you order.
Can have good food but overall the Pickens one is trash. They can never get an order right. I go once a week and everytime something isn’t right. Need to train the employees better. And not be so incompetent.
This was a “large frie” nasty. Couldn't eat them. And no sauce. Rude about giving me some. No tea in the lobby. And when I told someone they never put any out. I had to get her to give me some. This happens every time. The fries are nasty they give me just a few and no sauce or no seating on the fries. And it’s like you are asking them to pay for it when u ask for some. Not going back. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here.
I got the boneless wings and was told they were like nuggets, which I had a taste for. I think the 6- ish were like crumbs with a morsel of brittle chicken bits. I was very disappointed. I didn't complain because I had to get up for work at 4:30am. Also, My medicine requires food on my stomach which was not accomplished.
Y'all got all the food right but can never ever get the sauces right if you ring up extra sauces make sure to put it in the bag because this is everytime I go atp
