This location is the slowest. Tonight ordered through Uber eats because didn't want to go out with a sick kid. Didn't include that apple juice for the kids meal. The chicken bacon cheese fries....let's say didnt see any bacon and very little cheese.
If I could give a 0 I would. We love Zaxbys, but typically eat at a different location in Fayetteville with excellent Service. I usually use the app and ordered my food at 2:57 today. I arrived at the restaurant and once I got.to the drive thru they said my food was not ready and to pull into a parking spot and they would bring it out. I watches numerous cars pull up and wait for their food after me and recieve it. As I sat patiently in my car with my window down looking for my food, the ignorance of the staff was apparent I was being ignored. After another 20 minutes, fed up alI went I side and my food is just sitting there. They claimed they didn't know I was there but my food was prepared and I had announced myself in the drive thru and followed their instructions. The food sat for over 20 minutes and all I got was sorry.....my food was cold, soggy and after spending my hard earned money, I will never return to this location!!!!
Well, Zaxby's has become worse than fast food. This was my first post-COVID visit, and it was truly disappointing. The menu has been reduced to a minimal salad choice - regular or Cobb - no blackened, no spicy wing sauce, chicken was old, mostly batter and very little chicken. A pinch of grated cheese, smushed clump of tomatoes, a few fried onions, and toast. Dressing packets are half the size now, and the ranch was thin, so even 2 packets weren't enough. $22 for old crunchy bits. Staff was friendly and service was mostly ok. Restaurant was clean. The tasteless salad ???? will not bring me back. Kinda sad that Zaxby's has removed all the "good" food they used to serve. ????
This is the slowest Zaxbys I have ever been to and i have been here several times. Each visit is the same. The drive through only takes one order at a time and waits for that one car to leave before taking the next order. The cashiers never seem to repeat the order back correctly and then you have to wait on your food. Other Zaxbys are always much faster and more knowledgeable and well trained. Wish there were more zaxbys on my way home.
I ordered an eight count boneless chicken meal I asked for the chicken to be tossed in "sweet n spicy" sauce and the fries with extra seasoning the sauce on the chicken was NOT sweet nor was it spicy????and my fries DIDN'T have extra seasoning like I asked they NEVER put extra seasoning on my fires when I ask for it NEVER I also asked for a seasoning cup because I knew they wasn't going to put it on my friess they DIDN'T put the extra seasoning cup in the bag....DO BETTER ZAXBY'S????.
The SLOWEST Zaxbys around. You will wait 20 to 40 minutes for food even if there are only a few people there. Seven out of ten times you can count on your order being wrong. You will have a better chance going across the street to Chic Fil A or down the road 5 minutes to the Zaxbys located at 2793 Highway, 54 GA-54. I hate giving bad reviews and complaining, but this Zaxbys is a joke and corporate should investigate.
Service was good this time but soda tastes like dirt. Machine hasn't been cleaned or something is wrong.
Food was disgusting, had to wait forever in the drive thru. And when I finally get my meal the fries are burnt toast isn’t toasted…and the boneless wing are freezing cold with sauce on top of them! This location is awful.
