After a long day of work I DoorDash me some dinner from Zaby’s on Benton and this how I received my food. Where is the rest of the lettuce, maybe 15 string of cheese.. What a way to represent y’all store. This is unacceptable!!!!!!
Used to love their wings but they seem to be getting smaller and smaller. Best thing to order here is their salads and their french fries. They definitely have the best french fries on the market. Chicken strips are good. Wings are okay but they seem very small. Atmosphere is a fast food restaurant just like you would expect.
The chicken fingerz and French fries were hot and fresh! We got the 20 piece family pack with a side of fried pickles. The chicken had flavor without any sauce, which is a plus from Cane's. The fried pickles were nice and crispy. We tried the nuclear sauce, and it had decent flavor similar to a zesty Buffalo sauce. The hot honey mustard was legit. I highly recommend this location! The server at the register was super sweet to us and our kids! We felt welcomed. Thank you, Zaxby's!
This place will not be around for long.. management is absolutely the worst lier.
Request that our 48$ meal be cooked to order yet it was ready moments later.. got to be the worst experience I ever had
Here..definitely would recommend that this place seek new management.. trash I wanted to just leave the meal on the counter..
I'm staying at a hotel less than a mile from the Zaxby's in bossier City. I love Zaxby's so I thought I'd run out and get some food to bring back to my room. Bad idea. I went through the drive-thru and ordered the southern fried shrimp with fries without the seasoning. There was one car ahead of me that was pulling out and when I pulled up they handed my food right out the window which I thought was odd since I was getting fries without seasoning. Anyway got back to the hotel like in 2 minutes and all of my food is ice cold. Looks bad, taste bad. Pretty much inedible. Reminds me of McDonald's lol! Oh well now I know when I stay in town one place not to go!
Was Super excited to get the new Tacos!!!!! yet throwing a couple cold chicken fingers that have been cooked and put into a bin doesn't do it for me.... Come on Zaxby's u can do better!!!!
It's fast food so there's really not much to say. If you've been to a Zaxby's before then you know what to expect. The staff have always been super nice every time I've been and the food quality is consistent. If you've got the urge for chicken fingers, might as well give it a go!
First time trying Zaxby’s. I was pretty shocked that their spicy signature chicken sandwich was better than Popeye’s. I would recommend their quick and amazing service! The food was amazing. Their fries and burger was super fresh!
