OK, Zaxby’s is great, regardless a little pricey, but whatever anyway last night around 9 PM on October 8 my mom ordered $37 worth of food, she got the Chipotle, ranch, chicken tacos, loaded fries, fried cheesecake bites, and I got the avocado chicken ranch taco. all of it was great except for my part of the order, and the reason for that is because there was no chicken at all on the tacos just the ranch and lettuce and bacon and tomatoes…. Now I know working in fast food restaurants or just food service in general can be demanding but its one where you can make mistakes like that
Went in to get 2 finger plates closer to closing time, and we realized that was a huge mistake. Ordered food at 9:36 and at 9:57 discovered that one of their employees had given our food to someone else. This kid went outside and brought the food back in, got the food the other customer ordered, walked back out to give him that, walked back in, tried to give me the food he had given the other customer originally, and tried to say it was okay because the guy didn't open it yet. They offered to remake my food, which they made incorrectly because they had already washed the buckets they tossed the fingers in. When I approached the supervisor on duty, she explained that they just pour the sauce over the fingers I paid to have tossed in sauce. They refused to give me a refund for their poor customer service and nasty attempt at giving me food they had given to someone else. The only two people that had a clue what they were doing were the girl that was doing the drive thru and the supervisor Reece. Although she wouldn't give me a refund, she apologized profusely for the mistake. Never again Zaxby's York. I didn't think you could get worse than Lake Wylie, but this took the cake as pathetic.
Waited 20 mins in a parking spot for our food for them to get the order wrong.
Waited 15mins in a parking spot for them to put a chicken tender on the sandwich.
They never get the order right. Gave it 5 chances and the order was wrong and the wait was bad. They’re employees are nice though.
The practice of making drive thru customers pull into a parking spot position and wait is unacceptable and delays the reason for going through drive thru to begin with. Do better people. It wasn't like that when Mr. Neiger was the manager
Worst food I've had in years! Me and my wife got chicken fingers and fries to go. Brought the food home and started to eat. Some of the chicken smelled like an ash tray. I made the mistake and bit into it and the taste was disgusting. I had to spit it out and we threw everything away. I have done threw up four times and my wife is very sick feeling as well. I wish I could give zero stars. I completely regret going there. I will be calling corporate in the morning. No one should have to experience that!
The way the managers talk to those minor employees is absolutely obsurd. My order was missing an item but the manager really let that young girl have it. I almost wanted to say nevermind- I’m good. Wasn’t that serious. I could see the tears in that young girls eyes.
The servers were nice but messed up on a few of our orders. My food was fine, but a few of the people I was with said their salads were not good.
Food is good when I can get to go but the website for the york sc store says they open at 10am & when u call & hit the button to make sure of the store hours for this location its says 10am they open but when I spoke to the young that answered the phone he said they do not open til 10:30 am its was very disappointing and it wasn't the 1st time
