I normally order on the app, which is easy and convenient for me. I would then pick it up at the restaurant. The wait time is not usually long at all. I would do my order in the parking lot, then waited about 10 minutes before going inside. I would go to the counter, let the server know I'm picking up an online order, and give the server my name.
At this restaurant, the server was courteous. The food was good. The restroom was not so clean, and the floor was very slippery like there was an oil spill. Another guest and I were laughing as we were slipping and sliding in the restroom to get around. I had a good laugh at that situation.
One of my favorite Zaxby’s locations to get food from. I will say this, there are times when the cashier ladies seem a little out of it but if you cheer them up a bit, some will crack a smile. There are other cashier workers who have a bright and kind attitude. They are wonderful people! The food is delectable but depends on who’s cooking, it’s a hit or miss on how much food you get. However, I still like to come to this establishment. I frequent this place often.
I ordered a large beverage. No food, just a beverage, but when I got to the window to pay, I told the worker before she handed me the cup that I should have told her I didn't want ice. She handed me the beverage anyway and when I shook it, it was full of ice. I asked if she could take it back because it had way too much ice in it, and she then asked her leader who was standing close by. Her leader shook her head and said no. The worker then relayed the message to me that she could not take it back. I then pulled into a parking spot, and went inside to confront them on why I couldn't get a drink without ice. The leader then took the drink I returned and turned it upside down to see if it would leak. When she saw it wasn't leaking, she gave me another beverage that I originally ordered with no ice. She could have done the same thing at the window, and it's odd that she felt the need to inspect the cup/lid when all I wanted was a beverage with no ice. It's also odd for someone to say no to a customer for a simple request like no ice. She also never gave an explanation as to why they couldn't replace the beverage or take the ice out in the first place without me having to come inside to exchange it. I called Zaxby's customer service number to report the issue and was informed that the store owner would be notified. Seems like they chose the wrong person to lead the team.
Restaurants like these are notorious in trying to save every dime and nickel in their products/stock. You get less amount of a beverage/product if the cup is filled with mostly ice and a splash of what you wanted to drink. If you don't specify that you don't want ice, they'll load it almost to the rim with ice to save on the amount of product being dispersed, essentially cheating the customer. Also, some ice from restaurants can contain harmful bacteria if the machine is not cleaned properly. And for a worker to refuse to not give ice means they are stuck in their ways, they know what they are doing, and they don't care.
Just being someone who worked at Zaxby’s for many many years just did not expect the quality of food and service to go down so bad. I literally came through the drive thru order $47 worth of food to have my car parked and then wait 15mins to have to turn around and go inside and ask for my food. The young lady in the drive thru bagging the food was too busy in the cook face to make sure my order was even correct and seemed to have an attitude because I came inside to get my food. The cook repeatedly begins asking me “WHAT I WANT?”. Like duh my food soggy fries dried out tenders and burnt toast. I will be reaching out to my corporate because this is unacceptable. Stop taking ppl money and advertising quality and the service and the food they actually receive is subpar. The whole store is full of children. What’s really going on.
There were ingredients left off my salad that should've been included. Luckily, I checked my order for accuracy while I was still at the drive-thru window. My order was corrected and given to me within 5 minutes.
Went in on July 5 at 8:30 pm,with my family. My husband has a foreign accent and the cashier refused to even look his way or attempt to take his order from him. She did not smile. She had the general attitude that she did not want to take our order. My husband ordered a number 3 and she did not even ask him if he wanted traditional or boneless she automatically assumed boneless. He doesn’t like the wings like that.
She came off as rude and as if she didn’t want to deal with a Latino customer. I’m not going to say she was racist but it certainly felt that way.
The worst food I ever had from Zaxbys.
We bought the Great 8 and the taco's, the worst. My fries was cool my chicken were cold not good, our Taco's as well my cheese cruds was Luke warm NOT GOOD.

I understand you closes at 9pm.but please understand your name is on the line until you closes.
I enjoy Zaxby’s for the most part. I mean; sure the chicken tenders are dry and the wait is long, but there are lots of other things on the menu. My experience with this particular location has been up and down. More ups than downs though. I prefer to place my orders from the app for the specials and because I want to just pick up my food and go. Sometimes that works out and sometimes it doesn’t. This location is right across from the mall, so it stays busy. The employees are very nice though and they are always professional. The service can be slow at times, but refer back to the location. Now I really came here today to talk about this new funnel cake. Listen to me……if you purchase this funnel cake expecting a Six Flags funnel cake; don’t. It is not. At all. It takes a few bites for your taste buds to forgive you for the disrespect and to figure out what you just gave them. The funnel cake is not flaky and soft. It’s more like spongy and tough. It didn’t tear easily nor did it melt in your mouth. Forget Six Flags; this isn’t even a parking lot carnival level funnel cake. The after taste is that of those butter cookies you used to put on your pinky finger at grandma’s house. It was not the worst funnel cake I’ve had, but they should go back to the drawing board on this one because this ain’t it.
