I can’t believe I went here. I know better. Those yummy chicken tacos. Nope it’s not true I got a tortilla with overcooked chicken finger and hardly any lettuce or tomatoes. How stupid of me to think this place has anything but exorbitant prices. I could get what they served us for a dollar somewhere else. How many times do I need to waste my money?
I got no sauces with my wings and things (as it usually comes with ranch and zax sauce). There was no seasoning on my fries. Toast was hard as a rock. Lastly with this plate, they forgot the celery sticks that go with the meal. I had also got the fried white cheddar bites and there was no sauce with those and the cheese was melted out. This place used to be great but has went down hill. Thanks for ruining my one cheat meal a month.
Definitely towards the top as far as high quality fast food restaurants in the lineup. Personally, I appreciate that they have the option for grilled chicken as opposed to fried for virtually every menu item. 5/5 ????, makes a great turd! ????

On today's visit, service was fast, dining in. As I was sitting at my table waiting for my name to be called I observed a young lady, working behind the counter, playing on her personal phone. My name was called, she's the one that handled my food. After sitting down, I returned to the counter to get a drink cup, and the same lady and another young lady was around the corner, no one manning the counter, playing on their phones and digging in a purse. A young man wiping tables, came back up behind the counter to help me out. Food preparation employees SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HANDLE THEIR CELL PHONES WHEN ON DUTY!

Zaxby's has always been a greedy company from the very first ones that came to NC. On top of high prices, they want to charge you extra for sauces, and extra for lemonade, which they did not make you aware of until you go to pay. First time eating at this location and likely the last. I will have to say that Hendersonville has one of the worst service industries of anywhere I have ever been. Also recently ate at the location in Lenoir, NC and the service was equally as poor along with the cashier short changing everybody.
Mediocre at best skimpy and you don't get any extra sauce. There's absolutely no customer service left in this world.
We loved our food and the restaurant was very clean! Very friendly staff that made us feel right at home!
Yesterday, went Zaxbys on Upward rd. Met an associate in the front of house named LISA. She was awesome. She was managing the front cash register, the expo window, DoorDash orders, and helping out drive-thru! With all of those responsibilities, she was able to prioritize effectively, and I saw her working very hard to multitask. This was around 12:30pm lunch rush. I spent years in restaurants and I know how tough that can be. Please keep Lisa.
