Service is good. However I feel like i was ripped off with the amount of food I got for $14. The portion in regular meals is bigger than this Mr.Beast Box. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else.
First let me say those pickles were fresh, hot and good. They were worth the wait. Then of course I loved my house salad. What I like most about this location is there's less traffic. The good customer service is always be expected and received. I hope it stays this way. Great place to have lunch or dinner
Stopped at this location for lunch. Place was well maintained and clean. The cashier was very welcoming and attentive. The staff were really good hosts. The food was hot and fresh and well seasoned. Good flavors on the chicken and in the sauce. Enjoyed the experience.
We came in at 9pm with a group of people and ordered from the counter from Victor...he was the rudest person on register I've ever encountered despite how nice we all were. After a very rude interaction with him at the end he put me under the wrong name and I pointed it out and he continued with the order and then called out that name once my food was ready to which I obviously didn't realise and had to go ask why my food was taking so long.

Promo on app completely broken, however Alex managed to assist us. The notorious zaxbys app HAS TO get better.
Fries were cold and unseasoned so most of our food went to waste. With Zaxby’s being one of the more expensive fast food restaurants, this is unacceptable.
I was charged for requesting BBQ sauce instead of Zax sauce. They left it out of the bag at the drive thru so my son went inside to request a BBQ sauce and they grilled him about it.
Who doesn't love Zaxby's? The food is always S tier and doesn't take long either. Seating is very comfortable and employees are nice.
