The staff is beyond rude. They are impatient we was trying to order and was being cute off. Then my order was not correct. Every staff member we dealt with was so rude I have never experienced disrespect that awful at a drive thru.
Entire lobby and drive through full of customers and the ONLY cashier decides to take out the trash from the Lobby. No.
After a few minutes the cashier comes back and hands out/bags food for customers without washing her hands. At that point I demanded a refund.
Once the “manager” came up to refund I told him about the employee not washing her hands and he turns to her and said “ you have to remember to wash your hands”. She had no response and he let her continuing to bag food.
I have reported this and photos of the incident to the health department.
Ordered pick up, got email that was ready for pickup. Waited additional 25 minutes for 2 cobb salads and zax snacks combo. Got home, realized only thing on the salad is lettuce, cheese and chicken. No eggs or bacon. Why take so long just to get the order wrong?
The manager was being disrespectful to people that came into the store in front of all the employees at the cash register area.Our food was wrong.The tables are disgusting.They were out of the sauces that we want. the only redeemable quality about coming here was that the food was warm and that was just because they microwaved it. Do not come here. It's depressing.
Ordered chicken tenders fries and a soft drink and also came with toast the chicken was overcooked and tough the fries were salty The toasted really no flavor this place is overrated Cane's Chicken is by far a better choice especially when it comes to chicken tenders and toast and fries the only good thing I can say about this place was the soft drink was cold sort of like the food big disappointment
So i ordered 3 chicken finger tacos online for pickup and two were missing the freaking chicken.
My loaded fries were almost bare;so bad I'll think twice before I order again. The dressing we ordered with my husband's chef salad never came and no forks, straws. I feel like a rush job with no real attention and not sure that hassle is worth the money even though the foods delicious

I got a salad last week and it was awful. I tried again this week and the chicken Was cold and the fries were hard . Terribly disappointed
