Best WLM Reviews
The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. The food came out very quickly, and it was just as we had ordered. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries, and she got the grilled chicken salad. The food was delicious, and I love the seasoning on the fries.
HARD FUTURE PASS!!!
Why is it so hard to serve a piece of chicken with a polite attitude so impossible at this location???
Eye contact. You can forget that. Ignoring patrons trying to order…. Yeah that happened. Mumbling what do you want with the disrespect of a bratty toddler in time out…. That too. Thank you….. fat chance.
I know people only leave reviews for the most part when not happy. This is another one for the long list of people who likely won’t go back.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO CHICK-FIL-A and get a smile and a thank you. Even if that food sucks, you at least not leave angry.
Do better Zaxby’s.
Everyone is standing around playing on their phone in the back. Girl upfront is working but she’s the only one. One dude before me waited 40 minutes for his food. Drive through is packed but obviously being prioritized. This Zaxby’s is awful don’t go here!
Most times we visit this particular Zaxby’s we wait for an extended periods of time - we wait to order, we wait to receive our food. Today we sat at the speaker to order and were asked to wait, 5 minutes later I drove away. Other visits we have been able to order but waited 10 minutes for food.
Never seen so many fast food employees doing nothing as quickly as possible. I would be embarrassed to manage this franchise and even more embarrassed to work here. I’ve seen kindergarteners with a better sense of urgency. Entire place needs a makeover from the inside out. Rotten to the core.
If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst fast food establishment I’ve ever encountered. Every zaxbys I’ve been to has been great but this location is absolutely horrible. The workers have a constant attitude and are unhappy to do the job they applied for and actually assist you. They mess up your order, give you the wrong items, and then look at you with an attitude nothing to say when you address the issue. This place needs a completely new staff and needs to implement a management system and quality control. What a shame. This location could probably bring 5x the revenue that it’s bringing in right now if it was ran properly.
Orders are rarely right here and on top of it 8 tiny little cheddar bites? Seriously....
After sitting in line patiently while the person in front ordered $40 in food they still went out of their way to give me old and cold fries. I got the nibblerz combo as usual decent food at best with cold fries threw away half my meal love wasting money in these tough times but God forbid I did any of these people the same way would be the end of the world officially done with zaxbys unless I get an apology and a meal replacement.
