Visited Nov 2024. Food ordered was fresh friend and super hot. name called at the counter before I could sit down in the dining room. Even the toast was good. Staff was not as cheerful as they could be but not rude. Floors and tables were clean. Restroom too.
Only got 1 sauce for a 4 piece fingers meal but it was so flavorful I didn't eat it all and fries were fully seasoned didn't really need sauce.
Have visited this location multiple times and seems to get a little worse each time. But today was the kicker.... waited almost 30 minutes for 3 salads. The quality of the salads was really poor. There was only 4 small chunks of grilled chicken on mine. While my 2 companions ordered the Asian salad and their egg rolls were ridiculously over fried. Appears they're only concerned with serving the drive-thru. It was well past the lunch rush and there was only 2 other customers in the dining room, so being busy wasn't an issue. Miserable experience overall. Won't be back.
I wish there was something positive that I could write about this place.
Let me say, I have never had any issue with any Zaxby's I have ever visited, however; if we weren't absolutely hungry and had spent $30 (for really poorly made and undercooked food), we would have walked away--immediately.
Our visit was around 1pm on a Saturday. They were not very busy. We placed our order, and found a table that had the least amount of food and dirt on it (I got napkins and some soap from the restroom and cleaned our table). When we got our food, IT WAS ON A FILTHY TRAY!! The tray had chunks of food from previous orders all over it!! I took it up to the counter and told them that this was unacceptable. One person smirk/giggled and rolled their eyes, the other shrugged their shoulders and uttered that it wasn't their problem!!!!!!!!!
And the list of problems goes on:
*5 of 10 chicken strips were cold inside and undercooked (real safe)
*The soda/napkin area was gross, dirty, and had bugs flying and landing all over the drying sweet tea and soda
*We had to practically beg for the sauces we paid for and were still shorted two of them
To be fair, I have sent a couple of emails about these problems to their contact addresses and asked for return calls so I could inform management about this in lieu of just blasting this place. I have not been contacted by anyone at all (it has been 10 days). This is actually a safety issue in top of an extremely terrible customer service issue.
If they can't follow up on a serious set of problems like this, it speaks loudly about how little they care about the customers.
I see how they have earned their reputation in this city as being the "Garbage Zaxby's "
Some of us went out to lunch and ended up at Zaxby's. I've only been one several years ago.
I got a four piece chicken finger meal with fries, slaw and Texas toast.
Everything was fine. The fries were the best part.
Zaxby's makes a mean chicken finger, but a recent visit showed a need for this location's front line to get some training. During our last visit we were charged for an additional soda we didn't receive, while getting a plain chicken sandwich, instead of the club (bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes) we had ordered and paid for. That said, their manager was responsive, and immediately made it right. We dined in, and the dining area and restrooms were clean and well maintained. We will revisit, but consider this a reminder to check your orders and receipt before leaving the drive-through.
Had to go try the MR Beast Box and it was great, staff was friendly, the place was clean. Overall great experience and day!
Used the drive thru as I typically do. The service was good and the speed of service was great. I ordered a cob salad. It was good but could have had more ingredients.
Food is pretty good, nothing special in my opinion. A lot like Raisin' Canes. The Mr. Beast special is a pretty good deal and is filling. Employees were friendly and attentive.
