We stopped by here on our way home from a camping trip to get a quick bite. The girls working were efficient and made a beautiful presentation of even a fast food salad! Everything was great. Family fed and happy.
It was awesome the food was great the employee I think his name was Garret he treated me with respect and was super nice to me he had awesome customer service and recommend a great meal the big Zac snack meal it was delicious truly a great person and employee
they didn’t give me a free cookie . i asked kindly and this is how they treat me .. pls do better
Found a baby roach on the top of my salad lid called and complained and no urgency to fix the issue just was told they had an inspection today ???? will not return I’m disappointed
The service was great and so was the staff...the restaurant is clean and well kept...this place is really comfortable, I love the old signs added in with the modern look

Fries were raw. My grilled chicken was rubber, the manager said it's the way it's processed. They then gave me an old fried piece of chicken.
We gave up and threw our food out . Zaxbys use to be the higher end of fastfood. Now it's just disappointing
In conjunction with online and in store ordering, something got screwed up....
Store Manager, Stephanie, handled the issue professionally, proficiently and quicker than any customer service I've ever gotten anywhere. This woman needs to;
A. Get a very well deserved review, but a raise is also deserved.
and
B. The ability to train other management in many different locations and Corporations.
Very Friendly while being very Professional.
Very quick and very knowledgeable.
Listens fully and offers all solutions and proper suggestions.
I left in a better mood than I'm usually in every day.
