My wife picked up a meal in the drive through. My meal was not what she ordered. I wanted a chicken finger meal ended up with nuggets that was not even eatable hard as a rock. The peach tea was not mixed properly and was water and syrup. This not the first time my meal was messed up! I will be going to pop eyes and chick fila from now on.
Went to the drive thru and ordered Zax snacks. Ask for fresh fries considering the meal cost $10 and it isn’t even a full order of fries. The lady at the window argued with me that they were not old fries and refused to make me fresh ones. When I ask for the manager, she said she was the manager. I have never seen such poor customer service or management in all the years I have been in the restaurant industry. Needless to say, I requested a refund and took my business to another restaurant that didn’t mind giving me fresh food that I paid tor! I will NOT be back at this Zaxbys and wouldn’t recommend that you waste your money on mediocre food for the price they are charging!
I buy the Cobb salad w grilled chicken. I added 3 extra toppings and took off cheese and fried onions. This salad you could actually see the bottom of the bowl. They charge $13.40. Which I was happy to pay for . Until I arrived to work to see ..it was basically a side salad without my 3 extra toppings.. GO TO A RESTAURANT AND PICK ONE UP ..half the salad and chicken is being served for DOUBLE THE MONEY ????
Worker rang up my order wrong. Had to wait 6 minutes for the correct item. I voiced my concerns that my fries will probably be cold and manager said "oh well, it is what it is" yes I'll probably be back but very unprofessional.
The food was hot and fresh and very good! Shout out to miss Maria I think was her name in the drive thru she was so patient with me and awesome she greeted me with a smile and was quick with my order Maria your awesome and thanks to the rest of the crew for making my food great! A+ crew and 5 star service! ???? give these people a raise!
Came for lunch. Tried the Chipotle ranch chicken tacos. Very delicious! The place was clean. Not busy.
Today I came to get an order that I had bought online ahead of time, and someone had stolen my order off of the shelf (the placement of the online shelves allows people to steal easily). I was on lunch from work, and had to have the staff make my meal again. They were unhappy to do it, didn’t apologize for the mistake and lacked customer service. For the prices of Zaxby’s food, you would think that you would receive better service.
they literally made us wait the last 20 mins until they close just to come out at 10pm saying it would take 15 mins and they’re going to refund us.. my CHiLd was starving and when i told them that they LAUGHED! I can tell she was the manager. They knew they wouldn’t get in trouble for this and nothing will happen! RUN from this location!!!!! I can’t even believe this right now!
