Ordered online and went in to pickup. Super busy store but everyone was helpful and polite. Food was great! Parking lot is small for larger vehicles. Restrooms are clean.
I ordered food from here last night via the app. I had ordered the 4 fingerz plate meal and the zax snack meal. The 4 fingerz plate i got for someone else and they didn’t like the chicken. They felt like the meat was not cooked all the way. My food was straight in my opinion. The soda machine was definitely hooked up right because our cherry coke was delicious lol
The items listed on my receipt don't add up to the price I paid? Looks like someone somewhere stole about $7 from me. Not to mention they try their best to look closed if you go after 8, don't respond to people at the window. If you want to close at 8 just close at 8. Why do I have to work to get you to do your job when you get my order wrong AND steal from me? Do not go here.
I ordered a 5 tender plate with two pieces of toast, fries with extra seasoning, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. This was at around 8:20pm, a good amount before closing time, so I can't even give that benefit of the doubt when I opened my tray to see 6 pieces of chicken, all smaller than a boneless wing, one even being so small that it was the length of a fraction of my finger. The fries were not extra seasoned, the toast and everything else on the tray was super cold, and this order was placed online while we were actively on the way to pick it up, so it wasn't even a delivery thing. All of my chicken could fit into the palm of my hand, and it cost me $12.50 after uncharged for large fries that wasn't even granted. Would not recommend unless you're willing to walk right back in and ask what kind of game they're playing, honestly. I do have pictures of the chicken, because it was seriously that crazy.
I ordered food. I was very respectful and kind. I have never been treated so rudely. Not to mention, the order was completely wrong. When I told the drive through associate that my order was incorrect she got angry and rolled her eyes at me. She had a very poor attitude and work ethic. I work with the public everyday. It’s not for everyone. First of all you need to learn some respect for others and for yourself. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Take pride in your work.
This place was good and super fast. I came in with a group of seven and our food starting coming out before everyone was able to get their drinks. I’m used to waiting a while at Zaxbys but this one is different. I will be back in a flash.
The customer service at this location is so poor. They had no one in line in drive thru let alone in store and couldn’t take my order for some reason and They didn't even give me the right order. They were just goofing around instead of doing their job.
Food is decent, service is always up for grabs but the fountain drinks (Diet Coke/Pepsi) are the worst. I am not sure why this never gets fixed as it has been terrible ever since they opened.***Response to the response, so let me do more work to help improve your rating?***
