Why can I never get everything I ordered? I wouldn’t leave a review, but it’s almost every time we go. Typically, it’s missing sauces. Which I wouldn’t care except I PAID FOR THEM. Which happened today. Also, I got a sweet tea and lemonade when I ordered a strawberry lemonade. It’s late, I do not want caffeine right now. Also, I paid for a 6 finger tray and got 5, and wanted an extra piece of toast instead of slaw and got the usual serving of fries and one piece of toast. I know humans make mistakes, but this is getting ridiculous.
On top of the food being great, they really went out of their way to provide great customer service to my boyfriend and I tonight after a really hard day and it was so deeply appreciated.
The worst most ghetto place in Charlotte. Stay away!!! Why do these people sell me a frozen egg roll then say because I bit it they can’t give me cooked one ….WHAT????? I bit it because I bought it to eat..HOT!!!!! Not frozen. So basically I was charged for a bite of a frozen egg roll..sheesh!!!
Oh yeah , and the ice machine is ALWAYS out of order. Always..
First, let me say this grilled chicken Philly was delicious and fresh. However, the one on the left is what's advertised, the one on the right is what was served. Loaded with chicken, slack on the veggies, but very tasty! I would recommend it, just don't expect it to look like the one on tv, and it's not a huge sandwich but for $11 for the combo, it's a great deal!
Management here does not care. Ice machine on drive through is broken for weeks if not months food is not handed out correctly. Manager Tony just sits there, fiddling, trying to look busy. But it doesn't actually manage. When you try to get him to solve the issue, he acts like he doesn't care.
I Waited so long in the drive thru line that I decided to order online in hopes it would be ready by the time I got to the window. This thought was based on the ridiculously slow moving line. Of course the order was not done and I was asked to pull to the side. Waiting quite a bit longer and when no one came out with my order, I opted to go inside. Found a lot of employees standing around looking like they were in no hurry to do anything. There were several customers that were also frustrated the their service. I won't be back to this location until improvements are made!
The manager was RUDE! He messed up my order even though I spoke VERY clear. He was unpleasant the entire encounter, had horrible customer service & was unpleasant. There was no one in line except me so what were you so busy doing that you completely missed a portion of my order?! Then when I say it's missing he gets an attitude . IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB,QUIT! But working for the general public & being rude is a recipe for disaster! Idk how this place is still open. I see why there was no one in line, I will NEVERRRRR return to this location. That manager doesn't deserve the title he has. DO BETTER!
I asked for the bacon ranch Chesse loaded fries got home in literally 5 mins cause they that close to my house opened the box to this took it right back up there and the manger was rude didn’t say I’m sorry about your order or nothing I requested a refund got it but won’t be going back to that location ever again
