Honestly this is unacceptable to have a health rating of a 96. Nothing but kids and there is nobody in here eating so in my opinion it should not look like this. There is a lot of workers.
Worst Zaxby’s I’ve had in a long time. Probably won’t be eating Zaxby’s for a while if ever, don’t really like it anyways, but when I order boneless wings I expect them to be bigger than the cheese curds I ordered, which were also soggy and cold. At least the child working the window had a personality…not. $30 for 2 people and both our food was less than subpar. Won’t be back.
I'm from Georgia and always use Google Reviews to find places to eat when I travel. I saw alot of negative reviews and wanted to share my great experience to help the next traveler. The food was good, accurate and fresh!
I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile carryout order that I had made! It was so quick and easy and the staff were really efficient.
I got the signature club sandwich, it was not good because I had to eat it with out the bun because it was hard as a rock. The chicken was cold not fresh at all. This is not a good lunch!!
Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. Got a kids meal and the box wasn’t full. Then the guy inside stated the box is weighed and that’s how many fries I was supposed to get (12). Then the so called store manager stated the same thing and I’m sure you weren’t supposed to weigh the box. It’s probably 3 ounces with the box. Choose better management and employees, how would you feel if it was you?
It is zaxbys, the drive thru was slow, the prices are out crazy high. The youngmen working the window was a little grumpy, but the other two employees made up for that.
The price for what we had was far to high and chicken nuggets where cold after waiting, my sandwich was nothing special.
Management, please take control of what's leaving the kitchen to customers " Quality and Standards" and please price your food fairly!
