To me the new tacos LOOKED okay but the taste was very bland, and I think they needed more sauce. Cheesecake bites were also meh, not sure if the strawberry sauce is made in-house but it is way too sweet.
Ordered a boneless wings and things before closing and this is the best they could do lol SMH these new kids don't care anymore
Zaxbys knows they’re wrong for giving me 10 fries smh.. service was good, young girl at the window was sweet though but her coworkers seemed off.. people have their days though
I placed a large order in the store today for a work lunch. The cashier was very helpful and attentive. The food was prepared correctly to what I ordered and everything was fresh and it came out fast. Wonderful customer service from Charnelle- and thank you to the kitchen staff as well! 10/10
Fries seemed refried and the chicken tenders were not hot. Some were fatty and stringy. I usually take the food back to have it corrected but this is like the fourth time I have had this experience at this location. It is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is meh, which is so so.
I came threw the drive-through around 8:20 pm ,.. there was no line and that was nice ,.. I ordered 3 wings n things meals and even payed for extra ranch ,.. I finally get home and the (traditional wings that cost way more than boneless wings ) were so tough and hard they were unedible, so as I called the store to let the manager on duty know this! It seems like an associate had answered the phone because they passed it off to another person quickly, which I assumed to be the manager, this woman was very rude of the gate ,. Seemed irritated that I even called about inedible food and not received paid items ,. Tells me that I can dig my food out the trash and bring it back about 3 times before I just simply ask her to replace my 10 dry wings I’m not asking for all new meals and I’d simply like the extra ranch I PAID for !! So with all that being said , she was so rude I did NOT go back because she may have compromise my food at that point!! So I’m just out a really shitty 45$ experience won’t go back
I can't express enough how much today's service from this store's team and management means to me! Today is my niece and nephew's birthday, and we had to make an extremely large order happen in time for the party. The manager was excellent with service and said: "we will get it done in time" and they delivered! This store and team is EXCELLENT!!!!
The cashier was nice. However, there were people talking around in the back, and somebody was taking pictures and texting near the front. The bathroom had what I hope to have been water all over the floor. We canceled our order and left, so I can't comment on the food.
