Fries cold and old taste like they’ve been under a heat lamp all day. Bread hard and burnt . Would not recommend
Would give this zaxbys negative stars if possible, easily the worst i’ve been to. Get to the drive thru to order and the guy immediately says “we’re out of fries but can substitute for chips instead is that okay” (how you run out of french fries at a place famous for its chicken and fries I do not know). I order a boneless wings and things in sweet and spicy and I know they heard me correctly bc it was correct on receipt. Get to the window and the guy just has his hand out for my card, doesn’t say anything. hands it back with my drink and comes back a second later with my food and says that they ran out of the bigger boxes that they put bigger meals in so they had to use a small box. I open my box and all of my food is mixed together and piled on top. and to top it all off they gave me the wrong food - they gave me traditional wings instead of boneless and had them dipped in probably their hottest sauce because i could smell it as soon as he put it out the drive thru window. the only part of my meal I consumed was my sweet tea. Hadn’t been to Zaxbys in over a year due to dropping quality and this might have just put a bow on it for me. Just shut it down.
DO NOT GO HERE! This is the saddest Zaxbys ever :( It’s drive-thru only. The employees have locked the doors to go inside the building and they’ll “get to you when they feel like it.” There is a long line of cars and poor door dashers standing outside waiting for any type of assistance. All of my food was dry and overcooked. If you’re looking for that tender, juicy chicken Zaxbys normally provides, you won’t get that here. It’s not worth the 30 min wait to get rude service. Just go elsewhere.
Zaxbys (the company) would benefit more from closing this location down in order to save their reputation. Best of luck.

Good chicken tenders. Served with Texas toast, coleslaw or double fries in place of the slaw. Fried pickles are okay, they are battered with a corn meal batter , at least that is what it seems like to me.
It sad that I’m putting a 3 start review. I’ve ordered from here so much and never had food look this bad. The last time ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Loaded fries they looked amazing and was delicious. These just look sad and I’m kinda disappointed. Oh well I guess.
Came last night to get some cheesecake bites, was asked like ten times if I was doing cash or card because they could only take card if you went inside...we said, EVERY TIME we could pay cash. And every time we'd say it, we'd get told "ok if you wanna pay with card you have to come inside we can't take it at the drive through cause all our machines are down" ooook I don't understand that but we said we'd pay cash. We pull up to the window, pay & there's like five employees just standing there. Someone comes inside and the lady at the window said "sorry we're not allowing people inside right now" but I thought you said you were only taking cars inside?
THEN THE MAN PACKAGING ORDERS HAD ONE HAND IN HIS PANTS. Someone else packaged my order so I just let it go but the whole time he walked around with his hands down the front of his pants. I've literally never seen anything like it, at least the cheesecake bites were decent.
Placed an order at 4:05. It was cancelled at 5:48. They said they didn’t have any salads. For 1 hour and 43 minutes they didn’t know they were out. I was not contacted at all. I had to call them.
