Definitely the worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to by far. Ordered a sweet tea and a nibblers meal. Tea wasn’t sweet, fries dang near didn’t have any seasoning and the bread was burnt. What the heck.
The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. I’d never had Zaxby’s before but the next time I’m hungry for a crispy chicken sandwich I’m coming here. Fries were also fluffy on the inside, golden crispy on the outside. Well done!

This was the first we had come to this Zaxby’s in a while. My wife, my 2 year old, and myself came and ate in the dining room. Ernest was our cashier and he was cheerful and engaged my son in the ordering process. By the time we got our drinks and sat down the food was already coming to the table. It was hot and delicious. While we were eating, Ernest came to the table and told my son that he was doing a great job in the restaurant and brought cookies! We had already been saying it was good choice to come because of the service we received. Ernest not only is great with customers, but we overheard him talking to employees with the same cheerful demeanor. We will definitely be back!
I ordered it to go Order inside the restaurant and Every single customer that came after me got their orders before me I saw on the computer screen that had been waiting for 26 minutes And 17 seconds. I think the food comes out faster to sit down restaurant. When I asked why they don’t Fill the request in the order that they were Received, the employee had no idea how it worked.
The service was impeccable. From the moment that I was being asked for my order I knew it was going to be a great visit from the greeting. The young lady Arminian treated us with respect addressing us with Sir and Ma’am while maintaining a smile on her face. I will be visiting again tomorrow just because of the service I received at Zaxbys on Montgomery Crossroads.
